I am just a few days away from completing updates of two books and InDesign wont come up today this is so frustrating and likely to cost me a job

I purchased InDesign 8 and Acrobat XI in November 2012 and created 11 books for a publisher who now wanted to update 2 to full color Help

When I enter my Acrobat XI SN I get the following message” The Serial number you entered has been revoked, please contact Customer Support

    Hi,

did you tried out Creative Cloud for a while recently?
That would redirect the licencing for your CS6 version to the Cloud trial.

    What helps:

    Uninstall all Creative Cloud software.
Uninstall and reinstall CS6 with your serial number.

    Regards,
    Uwe

InDesign doesn't delete itself. Is it possible you inadvertently deleted the shortcut to open it?

Let us know what operating system you are using, and if you can open it any other way. For example, from the Windows start menu, or by double-clicking an InDesign file in a folder or on your desktop. If you really need to download it again, you can do so from here: Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications.

    Hi Don:

As per the first bullet in the link I sent you (above), you must enter your serial number to license CS6. If you don't, you are using a trial.

    • You need your CS6 serial number to complete the installation. To find your serial number, sign in to your Adobe account. On the Manage Accounts page that appears, all your registered products and their serial numbers are listed in the Plans & Products section. For more information on locating serial numbers, or on registering a serial number, see Find your serial number.

    Which OS?

When you state "gone" what do you mean?

Where did you purchase InDesign CS6 from?
