Cloud komplett gelöscht immer noch voll !

Hallo, 

 

ich hab meine Cloud komplett gelöscht, in Photoshop sowie in LC und CC und unter der Menüleiste CLOUD Dateien gelöschte für immer gelöscht. 

dennoch ist meine Cloud immer noch voll ! 

Kann jemand helfen ?

Hi @Tobias29027531a76z. Welcome to the lightroom Community. I've checked your account & you still have 10.5GB used out of the 20GB in your subscription.

 

Have you tried clearing the deleted folders on these pages? 

  1. Creative Cloud: https://assets.adobe.com
  2. Lightroom: https://lightroom.adoe.com
  3. Document Cloud (Acrobat etc.): https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/

Please check all the folders, shared folders, Libraries, and deleted or starred folders. You can also try clearing caches, cookies or reset your browser.

Ich hab alles überprüft nochmal, alle Dokumente sind leer und gelöscht. Aber meine Cloud ist immer noch mit 10 Gb belegt.
