Color Picker No Longer Works Outside of Lightroom Classic / Windows / 13.1.

Hi, I became aware that the color picker within the color-grading tool does no longer pick colors outside the LR window - but was under the impression that this was the case before?

 

i) Can I pick colors with the latest LR version outside of the LR window while selecting colors in color-gradient tool?

 

ii) Was it possible before? And why the change, if?

    I am not seeing any issue, on Win 10 and Lightroom Classic 13.1, with the Color Picker. It will pick up colors from non-Lightroom Windows by clicking on the color ramp, holding the mouse button down, and dragging to a different window.
