How do I create a Lightroom Classic shortcut to the Topaz Photo AI plug in?

To be clear, I'm referring to the File | Plug-in Extras | Process with Topaz Photo AI, (not the right-click contextual "Edit in Topaz Photo AI")

I use this plug-in frequently and would like to create a keyboard shortcut.  I'm using macOS 15.3 (Sequoia) and LrC 14.2.
