LightoomPhotos are now saying "file is missing". How do I get them back so I can edit in lightroom?

I imported RAW files into lightroom but it is saying that "file is missing" now.  I can see it but can not edit it.  How do I get the files back into lightroom??  Help!

    And the original photo files are never "in" Lightroom-Classic.  The visible previews in the Library are only a reference to the Original files on the Hard-drive (Files and Folders that must not be moved, renamed, or deleted!)
