Lightroom CS6 How to export a list of collections in catalog

In LR CS6, if possible, is there a method to export a list of all collections in a catalog? I am not asking about exporting the images of a collection.. I need the collection names in a list.

There is no mechanism to export the names of your collections.

For those that may be looking to export a list of collection names in a catalog.
I am using Navicat, a database tool, to open the .lrcat file. And then on the table AgLibraryCollection is the list of all the collection names.

** Be sure you are familiar with Navicat and also I would work on a copy of the .lrcat file.
