Lightroom has encountered problems reading this photo. Same catalog on Mac works but not on Windows

Hi, I am experiencing the above problem, while on 2 different Windows computers the catalog has the above issue (I am still able to edit files but I can see only the selected image and only in Develop mode) ..on 2 differenc Macs that same catalog opens with no issues in both Library and Develop mode (all of them have Lr classic v12.3 installed)

Anyone can think of why this happens?
