Missing software

I have a yearly subscription renewal date is 09/23 when I select the LR icon it says to start a trial or purchase.  All my previous photos are no longer there.  Any suggestions ?  Can't locate a tel number to speak to Adobe to resolve  Thanks

What platform are you running? (Mac, Windows, what version)

What version of Lr Classic are you running? Did you install it using the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App?

Are you perhaps referring to Lr on a mobile phone (which is not Lr Classic, in which case we can move this post to the proper forum)?

 

If the application is prompting you to purchase, it's because you either haven't signed in at all with you Adobe ID, or you've signed in with an Adobe ID that is different from the one that is associated with your subscription. Please provide more details.

Hi Running on widows PC. I originally purchased LR & PS when it was sold a few years ago and changed to current subscription ~ this is year 3

Adobe keep sending my updates

Ok, did you install (and update) Lr Classic with the Adobe CC Desktop app? Are you signed in to the desktop app with the same Adobe ID that is associated with your subscription?
