Panel de importación en bucle en el ligthroom

Hola, paso por aquí para ver si me pueden ayudar. Mi problema es que estoy editando en el ligthroom y me aparece el panel de importación, lo cancelo y me vuelve a aparecer en bucle sin dejarme editar en el programa. Ya he desistanlado el programa, he instalado versiones anteriores, reiniciado, apagado, importar imagenes, y no hay manera, sale todo el rato en bucle sin dejarme trabajar. ¿Me pueden ayudar?

Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

 

Is a mobile device or an external drive connected to the machine while you're working in Lightroom? Unplug any extra storage device temporarily & check if the issue exists.

 

Check the AutoPlay settings of your computer.

  • Search for AutoPlay in the Windows Search.

     

  • AutoPlay options for 'Removable Drive' & 'Memory Card.' Or, as a test, stop any AutoPlay actions.

In general, the Import window will open any time a new file device is connected to your computer.  Sameer's suggestion of unplugging devices could help you narrow down which device might be causing the problem (e.g. with a loose cable).  Some third-party utilities will define and delete a virtual drive every couple minutes, which LR will also notice.

 

If you can't identify which device is the culprit, you could uncheck the option Preferences > General > Show Import Dialog When A Memory Card Is Detected.
