selectie tool in nieuwe versie lightroom werkt niet,melding er is een onverwachte fout opgetreden

de selectie tool in de vernieuwde lightroom werkt niet!krijg steeds deze melding, 

er is iets fout gegaan, Er is een onverwachte fout opgetreden, uw aanvraag kan niet worden uitgevoerd.

Het betreft onderwerp en lucht selecteren!!!

Wie heeft een oplossing voor mij?

Lukt bij mij ook ineens niet meer,

Bij het niet meer willen opstarten van laptop  alle data gekopieerd en vervolgens opnieuw geinstalleerd.  Voordien werkte de tool wel.

Kunnen jullie mij helpen?

Doesn't start your Lightroom anymore? Or what's your problem?

Please describe more detailed what your problem is. And including the following in your question:

  • Adobe product and version number
  • Operating system and version number
  • The full text of any error message (s)
  • What you were doing when the problem occurred
  • Screenshots of the problem
  • Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc
  • Copy the whole system info into your post and not only a screenshot of a part of the info.

What you can try is to reset the preferences of Lightroom Classic:

It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings: 

https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/preference-file-and-other-file-locations.html

 

Another try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

    Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

    Hallo,

    In de vernieuwde versie van Lightroom zou men gemakkelijk het onderwerp en de lucht kunnen selecteren!!!

    Bij mij werkt dit niet, deze melding krijg ik steeds te zien

     

     

    Er is iets fout gegaan

    Er is een onverwachte fout opgetreden en uw aanvraag kan niet worden uitgevoerd!!!

     

     

    Wat gaat er mis en hoe wordt dit opgelost?

    Please let us know some more details:

    - Exact process, description of what you are doing before the error appears

    - Type and source of the photo

    - Exact version of the OS

    - Confirm it's LrC 11
