Nach dem Start von LrC (Version 12.5) erscheint auf dem Notebook (Acer Aspire A717-72G) folgende Warnung:

 

Dies scheint nicht korrekt zu sein.

meldet nach der Analyse des Systems:

Für Ihr System stehen keine unterstützten Treiber- oder Software-Updates zur Verfügung.

Der Link https://helpx.adobe.com/de/lightroom-classic/kb/install-video-drivers.html führt zu einer Hilfe-Seite, die nicht aktiuell ist, denn unter

Intel-Grafiktreiber installieren Punkt 2 gibt es einen Link zur Treiberversion 27.20.100.8476:

Dieser Link liefert jedoch nur eine Fehlermeldung:

    "Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630

    Treiberversion: 23.20.16.5018"

     

    That driver is 5.5 years old:

    Manufacturers' "update assistants" are notoriously unreliable, and Intel makes it very difficult to pierce its geeky technology code names to manually download the right driver.

     

    According to Wikipedia, the UHD 630 is 9th generation architecture:

    You can manually download the latest driver for 6th - 10th generation here:

    Shame on Intel for making this so hard.

    Hi @johnrellis thank you for your answer and the information provided. It took until yesterday to have the time for a driver update.

    The download of gfx_win_101.2115.exe worked well. Unfortunately after start the driver update program (1.0.691.3) displayed an error message:

    Your system has a driver tied to the manufacturer's specification. Please try downloading the latest driver from the manufacturer's website to update. Exit code: 1

    In the error log the last entry is

    2023/10/15 18:13:39.370|ERROR|At least on one device is try to install 2ID DCH driver on 4ID legacy driver.
    Device name = "Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630". ||

    As recommended, I opened the support page of ACER, but there the last version offered is 23.20.16.5018, dated  2018/06/14. This is the same as already installed.

    So now I'm stuck: the Intel driver needed to run Adobe software doesn't fit to the system and the manufacturer doesn't offer an update.

    Do you have any idea what further options are possible for me.
