Corrections and other edits not applied when exporting JPG images

I've noticed that since updating to LR 3.3, lens or geometry corrections (and some other edits) aren't applied to all images when exporting to JPG (from RAW). I use a 2016 MacBook Pro on the latest MacOS update, and using the latest version of LR.

Exporting via iOS works as expected, but not the 3.3 desktop app.
