Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with Lightroom Mobile on both my iPad and iPhone (both running iOS 18.3.1 and Lightroom Mobile version 10.2.2 B5882C/190).When I connect an SD card from my Fuji X-H1 camera to import photos, I can’t see previews for the RAW files. Only the JPG files show previews, while the RAW files appear as grey icons. I can still select and import the RAW files, but not being able to preview them makes it difficult to choose which ones to import.Interestingly, when I connect the Fuji X-H1 directly to my iPad or iPhone via USB, the RAW previews are visible in Lightroom Mobile. Additionally, when I use an SD card from my Sony A7II, both JPG and RAW previews are visible without any issues.Has anyone else encountered this problem with Fuji RAW files when importing from an SD card? Is this a known bug or a limitation with how Lightroom Mobile handles Fuji RAW files?Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance,Paweł Słowikwww.

Hello everyone!I'm using both the desktop and mobile versions of Lightroom, and I've synced my presets and profiles through Adobe Creative Cloud so I can use them on Lightroom Mobile as well. I would like to know what happens to my presets, and especially to my profiles on Lightroom Mobile, if my Creative Cloud subscription expires.Specifically, I'm wondering whether I will lose access to the presets and profiles already synced on Mobile or if I will still be able to use them without an active subscription. Additionally, are there any alternatives to keep the sync without a subscription plan?Thanks a lot for any clarifications or advice!

HI anyone there, recently i've experimenting what i think is a bug, whenever i try to enhace an image it seems to make a treshole of colors. at first i though it was just a previsualitation bug, i tried to restart the app and export the image.also i've install and unistall the app twice.  if someone had the same issue or can give me an advise would love that.

Hola buenas, he tenido un problema y es que he perdido el 90% de las fotos al hace una edicion conjunta, al parecer me pedia actualizacion de IA y cuando estaba revisando se me quedaron 17 de casi 300,al buscar en la carpeta de origen no estaban y en archivos eliminados tampoco. Espero me puedan ayudar, gracias.

Hallo, weiß jemand warum das hochgeladene Profilbild nicht angezeigt wird? Ich sehe es überall nur nicht wenn ich lightroom offen habe.Danke für die Info wenn jemand was weiß. 

My Lightroom for iPad is stuck at this screen. I cannot subscribe further to Lightroom.

Wenn ich mehrere Fotos markiere und dann für alle markierten Fotos manuell Stichwörter hinzufüge oder lösche, erhalte ich die Meldung "Lokaler Katalog beschädigt. Lightroom muss neu gestartet oder beendet werden". Ich habe eine größere Anzahl JPGs hinzugefügt, die in den Metadaten Stichwörter haben. Diese wollte ich löschen. Dabei ist mir das Problem aufgefallen. Es ist reproduzierbar. Gibt es eine Lösung? Ist es ein bekanntes Problem? Ich verwende Lightroom 8.2 und macOS 15.3.2. 

I recently changed my university software license plan to a paid photography only plan, but in doing so I lost all my photos. I thought the change only affected the features, but now I can't find my images in the cloud or local files. I don't know if it was a data migration problem or something about the new plan.Has anyone had this problem, how do I get my pictures back? I have tried contacting support, but have not received a response.

Anytime I open a picture in the app, it gives an error that unable to open an editable version, please go back and try again.

Lightroom niezbędny od kilku lat. Zawsze dobrze dobrze. Za każdym razem, gdy dodałem zdjęcie na telefon, zsynchronizowano się z moim komputerem - ASUS Vivobook, Windows 11 Intel Core i5-13500H 13. generacji, 16 GB pamięci RAM Intel Iris XE Graphics. Komputer jest podłączony do dysku zewnętrznego, na którym znajduje się archiwum plików (żeby nie zablokować pamięci komputera) na komputerze i na dysku jest miejsce pamięci.  Podczas wyjazdu do USA stworzyłem folder (zawsze tak wykonanie i zawsze działało) Bacz na USA. Podczas codziennego wyjścia dodawałem zdjęcia z telefonu, było ich tam 519 i wszystkie zdjęcia się na komputerze po powrocie synchronizowały. Wczoraj rano (minęło już 24 godziny) dodałem zdjęcia z 3 kart pamięci. Zrobiłem to tak jak zawsze. Po włożeniu kart do komputera,  czekałem aż się załadują i następnie zniknie  niebieski pasek, co oznacza, że ​​zdjęcia zostały przesłane. Po dodaniu zdjęć, pokazano mi około 1600 zdjęć w folderze. Yesterday I used lightroom downloader for the first time and it mostly worked great and gave me a bunch of folders with the original photo and the edited photo as I wanted. However, one specific folde4r gave me the orignal photo and an xmp file for each photo. Is there anyway to get the edited photos that should be in that folder? Thanks

Okay, Lightroom… I thought your job was removing noise, not throwing a party for it! Anyone else’s ‘Denoise’ feature decided to add extra noise instead?

Since I did the latest update Denoise no longer works. I get a very pixeled green screen (see attachment).

My iOS and LR Mobile is up-to-date. See attached, adaptive sky functionality keeps crashing, help.

Is there a way to unstack photos in LR? (NOT LrC). When I take an image from LR into PS and save back to LR it stacks the images with a "2" in the upper right hand corner. I can click on the 2 and see both images in the filmstrip, but would like to have them unstacked to see both by default at all times.

Guten Tag, ich hätte da eine kleine Frage zu Lightroom auf dem Mac. Als ich heute einige Fotos auf einen USB Stick exportiert habe, tauchten auf einmal im "zuletzt benutzt" Ordner des Finders die Fotos auf in der Ordnerstruktur Benutzer/Bilder/Lightroom library/.../originals . Ist das so sinngemäß richtig? Warum werden diese dorthin vom System automatisch exportiert?Vielen Dank, Ferdinand

I purchased a premium subscription on my new iphone. after a while i changed my apple id to a google mail - and everything works fine. except now im getting an aggressive notifications every time i open lightroom that i need to use my old apple id or else. i tried - Everything and it doesnt work. 1.i cant cancel because i paid for a full year subscription. 2. It won't let me connect my new account. 3. Is there a way to filter by ISO value of my images in Lightroom Cloud?

Hey all, I've seen similar posts here, but nothing has helped. When I finish editing photos, I want to delete all the ones that weren't edited. I do that by clicking on the photo -> Delete 1 Photo -> then I have this notification:   What should I do then if I want the photos to be deleted permanently without waiting these 60 days? Does anyone has any specific steps I should follow here? I just want to make sure I won't deleted photos that I actually want to keep (that weren't deleted, but are still in Lightroom).
