I have encountered this issue twice: when using the Lightroom Cloud-based folder, my folder somehow vanished. I checked my deleted items and my trash bin on my PC, and it did not show up; it is just gone. Also, it does not automatically save my photos. I was using Lightroom last night on my laptop and am now using the folder on my PC, and none of my stuff is saved. I have to redo everything again twice. 

Am I complatly missing something?  I have hundreds of presets and orgainzing them in the most recent version of Lightroom is a nightmare.   1) I have to go each individual preset by preset to move it to a new folder?2) When importing presets I cannot name the folder for them?  They all clump under "user presets"? This seems like a crazy, ineffecient way to organize this information.  What am I missing? 

hi Everybody, I've recently decided to go "all in" with Lightroom CC.  I have started moving many hundred GB of images to CC, and started spotting many duplicates.  After searching around, it seems like there is no way to identify duplicates in Lightroom CC. Is this still true (Feb 2025)? If so, I do see Lightroom Classic has an add-on for finding duplicates... so I'm wondering if people would recommend moving everything from Lighroom CC to Lightroom Classic for de-duplicating, then back to Lightroom CC?  Seems like a lot of work, but I'm not sure other options. Is this an idea people have tried and would recommend? Or is this asking for a headache? 

Cuando abro el programa de Lightroom en mi iMac, no me carga nada de fotografías y dice "cerrando" y luego cierra el programa sin nada más. Adjunto captura de pantalla.  

I am not exaggerating whatsoever when I say, quite literally, every single edit I make to anything masked, changes to anything with the lens blur, or any type of remove prompts an AI Settings prompt like this.I understand there are some features I used that use the AI settings, but is there a way to to like... I don't know compound AI Setting updates after like a specific amount of edits? It's really obtrusive. macOS 15.1 (24B2082)Lightroom 8.1

i encounter problems with my lightrom app. after windowns 10 updated. i couldnt be able to launch lightroom.everytime i open the app it kick me, i cant import files and editCan you assist plz.

I went to use the masking tool to select the background of my photo and both the select subject and the select sky tools are missing. It's as if they were never there. I have a premium account and just used both tools a couple weeks ago when I last used the app. 

My Lightroom had taken away my beautiful edits, edited a few pictures about two days ago, but today on going to check it out for more edits, and downloads, all my edits are saying failed to load development version. I can't access them anymore.   This isn't the first time this is happening, please I do need your help if you have any tips or idea it can use to avoid this next and probably get back my edits, thank you so much.

hi. i dont do photography much any more and am paying a lot for the storage of all my originals in adobe CC.id like to move them to my icloud drive storage.can you please let me know the best way of doing this so i dont lose any edits or smart previews, just move the originals and downgrade to a free plan.

Dear all,   I paid for my premium with my Apple ID account but the app still dont allow me to use premium features for more then 7 months now.  in my app store I see that I paid for 1 year.. what to do? Looks like it will not Sync or so...

Hello, I have an issue with the app. I logged in and got the 7-day free trial on my Mac. I edited some 50 pictures, but then I accidentally logged out, and when I tried to log back in, Lightroom app said that my subscription was purchased with a different Adobe ID. I panicked and tried logging in with all the email accounts I have. Nothing worked, as I was receiving the same error message. I could not access the pictures I edited and (of course) I did not save them to my computer. To make it worse, I tried to stop my paid subscription before the end of the 7-day free trial, and yesterday, my credit card was charged... Since there is no customer centre or helpline, I would be grateful for support in these two issues:1. Is it possible to access the photos I edited so far? (I tried logging in to Creative Cloud but they were not there)2. Can I receive a refund for the monthly subscription, if I stopped it before the end of the 7-day trial + I don't even have access to my account or picture

When I press on open innlightroom in the photo app on my iPhone pro max, I get to choose whether I want to open Lightroom now or Later, and when I press open now (it's my way of editing) I always end up back in Lightroom but in the same view as last time, last photo. So I have to go back and pick the new photo. it's not a major thing but going straight to the photo I'm importing would be so neat😉 

Is there a sufficient way to download or sync all raws from adobe.lightroom.com (as in through a browser) to (preferably) an external hard drive? As of now, it seems like I can only download selected images to a zip file. 

I have recently updated my IPad and IPhone to the new v9.0. The new lens blur is present on the phone (Lightroom mobile), but not on my IPad (Lightroom for IPad) . Any ideas?

AI object removal doesn’t work properly. The location I choose for removal is automatically changed to another area.

When editing pictures from concert it appears that AI noise reduction is not working accurately.About 12 pics in the result comes back worse that the original.However it is not consecutive, several pics later one pic was also treated correctly. DNG files from Sony Xperia 1 vi.I have done 100s of files from this camera without this problem.

Hi,  My lightroom is being glitchy. It's not importing the photos I ask it to.  On last import it did less than half the images I selected. And now I can't add anymore.  I would be extremely grateful for any help. Thank you

I tried exporting my edits and this was the result. I don't know the technical terms but I know they look much different, mostly with my NR 

No matter where I looked, I couldn't find a way to export all my images with the folder structure from Lightroom 8.1 (not Classic). Is there a way for me to download them or is the only option is to select images and download them mannully?

Hello, I am trying to do a panorama of recently taken Solar eclipse pics and its not working either in LR nor PS.The error i am getting is "Unable to merge selected photos, no matching imagery found". I am looking to move from LRC to Lightroom Cloud (LR 8.1) and willng toi accept a number of "deficiencies" over LRC (eg file renaming on import, hieracrchical keywords to name but 2). However the following is a bit of a show stopper. Is this a bug, not well thought out design, or expected behaviour? I have an image sync'd to the Cloud for which I  have created multiple versions. If I then use Archive to local it does not save version info - it archives the image with the edits assciated with the currently selected version.  If I then re-add to the cloud it LR has no recollection of any versions. Therefore Archive is not fit for purpose as it does not create an record of all edits - which is implied by the term "archive". In fact it appears to be exactly the same as "export... -> export original.  If you don't realise this you could archive an album and "loose" edits. A work around if after archiving, go to recently deleted, restore the archived photos with know versio
