Hi there I've changed plans and now only have 20GB instead of 1TB. I have 200GB of photos from Lightroom synced into the cloud. If I delete the photo from the cloud it also removes it from my local machine. I've paused syncing but I can't seem to find a "disable sync". How can I free up the cloud storage without removing the photos from my PC? Thanks.

Hi, I would like to have a search bar similar to what is present in android devices under the discover tab to search for exact type of presets. It is difficult to go through each image to search for a particular type of preset. Hope we get this feature in iOS soon.

Im shooting wot hSony a7mk4 + wide 20mm F/1.8 lens.Images are HEIF (4:2:0 sampling).I  want to correct for lens distortion in Lightroom but cant find this Lens. What to do?  

After a recent update to Lightroom 8.0, the centre display panel is blank. You can tell that photos are still there and can click between them, but nothing displays. When you click into other views, information displays in the centre area but is corrupt. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and I've tried disabling GPU and re-enabling. Sort by edit time keeps putting photos I haven't touched for months or years on top of the gallery. I have my gallery view set to sort by edit time from latest to earliest. Lightroom keeps adding photos I haven't even edited for several months or years on top of the gallery. It is very annoying.

I want to be able to choose the size I want when I share to share my image directly to the point I want, without having to save it to my phone first. At the moment , the image exported from the app directly to the phone has the size selected in the settings, unlike the image exported from sharing to a drive or email or an external cloud. Hello,  I'm putting together a photo book and I need my photos to be cropped 11 inches by 17 inches (11:17). How do I do this in Lightroom on my iPad? I checked Photoshop for iPad and PS Express on iPad and neither of these photography tools allowed me to crop my photos to this particular size. How can I get my photos cropped to this size (11"x17")  on my iPad? I don't have access to a computer or desktop software as an alternative. Thank you.  

Hoy al intentar abrir lightroom me percato de que simplemente no funciona, ya intente desde windows y desde el navegador pero simplemente no abre y me indica que el tiempo de carga termino, en el caso de la app para windows simplemente se cierra despues del error o me da la opcion de cerrar la sesion, ya apague mi firewall y el antivirus y no soluciona nada, ojala alguien me pueda ayudar...

Hi guys, I am going on a trip and do not have wifi connection during the trip, however, I would like to edit current photos on the go and have selected "store album locally". I notice that space has been taken up in my hard drive after doing this action. I am using just lightroom (not classic) However, after this trip, I would like to store my files in the cloud instead and delete these albums from my local storage. If I deselect "store album locally", will Lightroom upload my edited photos to the cloud and delete the files from my local storage? My end goal is to have my local storage cleared whilst retaining my edited photos in the cloud. Thanks in advance

Good morning, In 2021, I installed the trial version of the Lightroom CC desktop software with Windows 10 to test its usefulness and potential because I was not sure if it was right for me. I uploaded a significant number of images to the catalog from an unverified source that had sent me a .zip file. I found that these images were not appropriate for me and I immediately proceeded to delete them, along with the catalog itself. The software warned me that the images would be permanently deleted after 60 days. Immediately after, I also proceeded to completely uninstall the Lightroom CC software from my computer. After a few months I discovered that in the path: "“C:\Users\marco\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom CC\Data\7b998ee4ce3946d5bd79129a4d959cdb\originals” all the images are still present in their original format, divided into subfolders according to the years and specific dates of the images. I had purchased Lightroom mobile and the subscription is already in Google Play subscription under syfiqah25@gmail.com. However, the plan is not listed under my plan in Adobe website. I also unable to use the premium feature in mobile version. When I try to repurchase again, it shows duplicate purchase. 

Just finished editing this photo and when i try to export it there is very weird saturation loss on parts of the image. maybe somthing with AI?  The first photo is how i want to export it the second is how it turns out. 🙂 thanks in advance   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]   

I purchased the monthly subription from my Macbook Lightroom app. The money came out of my account. But it still says buy now. When I try to restore my purchase lightroom says that the subscription has already been purchased with another Adobe ID. Contact support is nowhere to be found.

I'm really struggling with understanding why I can't (or maybe I can) export my files at a resolution higher than 240, which is lower than the file's original resolution. I have found that you can adjust it when you change the dimension from pixels to inches in the export window. But that's resulting, for whatever reason, in a terribly small file, with the resolution where I want it, but the file is useless, generated very small. This is all only made more confusing by the fact that I have hundreds if not thousands of files I'm working with that were exported from the mobile version of Lightroom. Yet anything I'm trying to save from the desktop version is at this smaller 240, which is not working for me. Trying to get answers on anything like this seems like a mission that doesn't feel warranted given how much others much be doing this. Hoping someone can help. Hallo Community. Ich habe eine Frage. Bis jetzt hatte ich ein LR-Mobile Abo auf dem IPhone. Nun habe ich mir das Adobe Foto-Abo gekauft (abonniert). Bei dem neuen Abo ist ja, so wie ich es verstehe, auch die Mobile-App dabei. Habe LR und Photoshop auf das Laptop gespielt. Dachte nun das die App es automatisch erkennt das ein neues Abo abgeschlossen wurde. Das scheint aber nicht der Fall zu sein. Was muss ich denn tun um meine Mobile Version zu updaten auf mein neues Abo?hoffe man versteht was ich meine! 😀herzlichen Dank im voraus! 

Tenho o Mac Mini M1 com 8Gb e simplesmente parou de ser possível habilitar a acelaração gráfica no LightroomJá desinstalei e instalei novamente todo o sistema da Adobe e mesmo assim não aparece a opção para habilitar Alguém já passou por essa situação? E como conseguiu resolver?

For some reason, my subscription ended before the due date. I purchased the plan on January 9th. It supposed to end February 9th. But some how it kept logging me out as well. When I signed back in, it kept saying my subscription expired.

anyone else seeing green outlining appear when using the manual focus slider function? the green outlining appears when an object is in focus. i haven't had this problem prior to the update but it is occurring now after the update. thanks

Buenas, estoy exportando en lote albumes de 500 fotos y cada vez con mas frecuencia archivos q tienen que resultar de 4 o 5 mb resultan de 50 mb o mas, demorando el proceso dado que hay q reconvertir dichos archivos. Lightroom reporta al final del trabajo problemas recuperando la configuración del archivo. Es en problema que quita mucho tiempo de trabajo. Uso lightroom 8.1, lo he ido actualizando pero el problema persiste.
