Questions

when importing raw files from the internal SD card lightroom copies those raw files into it's own directory (at SDcard/Android/data/com.adobe.lrmobile/files/carouselDocuments/.../Originals/...), so from the SD card to the same SD card, which doesn't make any sense to me actually. so my question: is there any way to import raw files into lightroom mobile (android) in place, without copying those files to somewhere else?  

Hallo zusammen,ich verstehe nicht, wie man in der aktuelen Cloud-Version die abgelehnte (zurückgewiesene) Fotos löscht.In der Menüleiste "Foto" gibt es bei mir keine Funktion "Abgelehnte Fotos löschen ".STRG+Rücktaste funktioniert auch nicht.Ich wäre sehr dankbar für die Tipps 🙂

Buenas, Tengo un problema con lightroom, no se me cargan las fotos de lightroom ordenador, donde deberia estar la foto sale todo negro y un aviso de ERROR AL CARGAR LA VERSIÓN DE DESARROLLO, he leído en foro etc y no encuentro solución, lo necesito urgentemente.He desinstalado y vuelto a instalar, he borrado caché etc. Y nada funciona. No he cambiado nada de mi teléfono, hasta ahora funcionaba perfecto.Tengo un huawei P30 lite con espacio suficiente. Modelo MAR-LX1A. Versión android 10. Lightroom versión 8.5.2 recién instalado.No tengo tarjeta sd, todo está en dispositivo. Utilizo photoshop y lightroom con suscripción mensual de 1T.Por favor agradezco una pronta solución.

Je me demande si ce n’est pas lié. Mais je ne comprend quand même pas .. Mes questions :-Comment une photo supprimée depuis longtemps pourrait-elle réapparaître dans mon catalogue -Est-il possible que Lightroom l’ait restaurée à partir du cache, du cloud ou d’un ancien appareil ?-Existe-t-il des mécanismes dans Lightroom ou Creative Cloud qui pourraient provoquer ce genre de réindexation ?Je suis très inquiet car cette photo est particulièrement sensible pour moi, et je pensais l’avoir définitivement supprimée.

I understand that LRCC is much better at detecting faces than Lightroom Classic, suppposedly using AI. Lightroom Classic is Horrible at detecting faces. I'm looking for a way to get these detected face names into Lightroom Classic. I know that keywords do not sync between the two lightrooms so I'd be happy with any method that got the detected face names copied to something like the "caption" which does sync. Any thoughts?

exporting videos in lightroom doesn't work. not the classic lightroom, but the other. didn't try classic yet. adobe has new video templates, installed them, simply cannot export a video. 

Dear support team and community, I've read it here that "Adobe continues to store your original Lightroom images for one year after your subscription ends. During this time, you can continue to launch Lightroom to download your original files from Adobe's cloud services".My university's subscription ended, and I would like to download my cloud files, but when I try to log into Adobe Cloud to download, I receive "Access Denied" messages.  How could I obtain the files that in theory should still be on Adobe Cloud?Best regards, Lucas

I ordered an ipad air 5 (m1 chip) and had some issues with Lightroom. I sent it back thinking it was the ipad, but it's still the same with the second ipad air 5 I recently received (coming from regular iPad 7 on ios 15). My ipad air 5 is on iOS 17.6, but the last ipad Air 5 i sent back was updated to the most recent iOS 18. I thought that might have something to do with it, so I left this new ipad air 5 on iOS 17, but it's still the same.  For starters, I can no longer crop or do anything when trying to crop in full screen.  The app randomly freezes and I have to close and reopen it.  The most strange is when adjusting temp or tint, it randomly changes on its own. I've added a video to show what I mean. You'll see me adjust them, then close the tile/tab, and when I go back to it the setting has changed. 

I bought a subscription for a month, dated to end tomorrow as I changed phones and wanted every photo I edited on my new phone. I put a note on my calendar to cancel the subscription today, a day before it's renewed.Today I've been already charged for the following subscription when it's only due to be charged tomorrow??

I use the application Lightroom 2025 on my Apple Mac and the display is strange!The web browser version is fine.

Help! All of my Lightroom photos have disappeared! I got a new Mac and copied the Lightroom library file over to the new Mac. I can see all the file structure now, but the pictures just are a black square and when I click on them it says downloading. Now, when I go to my old Mac and open Lightroom, all of my photos are gone! I then opened Lightroom Mobile and I saw all my photos for a few seconds and then they disappeared! When I log into Lightroom on the web it says I have no photos uploaded! It’s like it’s a brand new account! I had over 53,000 photos! I am devastated! I contacted adobe support and the techs asked a few questions, and then just ended my sessions. Please, please. Please help me!

Hello, I'm using my iPad Pro to export 5.3k GoPro video files and DJI air 2S video files on Lightroom app for iPad. Unfortunately the final export is always cropped in and never in full resolution. Any solutions? Thank you

Feature Request: Generative AI for Resizing Low-Resolution Images   Hi,   It would be great to have a feature where generative AI can resize a picture by 2x or 4x, generating new pixels to enhance old or low-resolution images. This would be really helpful for improving image quality and usability (especially in Lightroom).   Hope this idea gets considered. Feel free to upvote if you think it’s useful!     Thanks 🙂

Okay so I've seen a lot of talk about crashes using the crop tool, but this might be a little bit different,  or at least a little more specific.  Using a Samsung Galaxy tab S9 ultra, and I am getting consistent crashes whenever I use the crop tool to crop to one to one, then rotate the image inside the crop, then try to recrop.  It happens with total consistency.   Device Samsung Galaxy tab S9 ultra 512 GB,  No other app open and I tried restarting the tablet,  Does not happen any other time.  Definitely not heat related because this morning it was happening and it was 37°, but right now it was happening again and it's about 75°.  Tablet is not in direct sunlight either time.  Tablet has a 83% charge,  plenty of storage, and plenty of bandwidth. Tablet infusing Android 14 and One UI 6.1.1 App version is 10.1.0   Can reproduce the issue by simply cropping an image,  rotating the image, and then going back into the crop to

On Lightroom iOS app. On the discovery page. I tap my icon on the top right and I always get this error. Can't access the page.

Hola, hace poco menos de un mes tengo su app y funcionaba perfecto hasta final de año ahora intento subir una foto para editarla y me dice que hay error o problema al subir. He intentado borrando el caché, desinstalando la app y volviendo a instalar, eliminando datos y nada que cambia. Not having DNG format while clicking. What to do? 

I updated to the version 9.3 (May 121 2024) and the open does not work. It shows a pop-message but app does not show content  (see attachment). Once I tap "closE" on the message, the app closes. It happens everytime I try to open the app. Also Version 9.2.2 (March 25, 2024) Lightroom Mobile  Did not work. My Device is Huawei P40 PRO. It happened the same with the 9.1.1 Realeased in Dec 2023 but It got fixed with the Update on Feb 24, 2024 (ver 9.2.0).  Device: Huawei P40 Pro, Not google servicesAndroid Version: 10 EMUI: 11.0.0Country: Canada

Hi, I am new to Lightroom and am unsure what I am doing wrong. I am using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom V6, Windows 11 Home   I have edited a photo to have a black and white background and colour people using a mask, below.     When I try to export it reverts to a full colour photo. I'm trying to replace Amazon Photos. Is it possible to auto-upload ALL photos from my android to CC for later editing? I understand one-at-a-time syncing, which isn't what I'm asking. Once I complete a photo shoot those photos need to automatically go to the cloud. Thanks.
