how tom instal lightroom premium from use user country from indonesia?

Hardware: Samsung S24 UltraOS: Android 14 (One UI 6.1)LR Mobile version: 9.5.0 Expected result: I can view and edit the HEIF files (or at least LR mobile does not crash)Actual result: Once the thumbnail for the HEIF image appears on screen when scrolling in the Gallery, the application crashes soon after. I cannot attach the image file because its format (HEIF, .HIF) does not match any of the accepted file formats. If someone can figure out a way to attach it I am happy to provide the file. Attached is a view of the application just before it crashes. It crashes less than half a second after the indicated thumbnails come onscreen. You can get these files from a Nikon Zf, Z6iii, or Z8 with the Tone Mode set to HLG in the SHOOTING menu and any image format setting except RAW only. I have tried clearing the application's cache, and also uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

Hello, My suggestion is this: After making basic tone adjustments to an image in Lightroom Desktop (Local, not the cloud version) and then sending the image from there to Photoshop, I would love to see Lightroom re-import the image after I'm finished with my Photoshop edits.  

I'm trying lightroom on my android phone. It won't save my edited photos in raw format. If I save as raw photo it saves the unedited original. That's of no use. Downloading a photo to the phone shrinks the file too much for me. You can export a photo instead to get a larger jpg but it would be good if this could be set as a default.

When I click on an edited photo its setting changes in LR mobile, i.e there is a difference between thumbnail and actual edited photo.  Why it is happening with certain photos and what's the solution for it?

Since updating to the latest version, on Android, I've been encountering issues with the app. It gets stuck at "Preparing your cloud storage," failing to complete the process and sync properly. Additionally, whenever I restart the app, photos and presets vanish, forcing me to start from scratch each time.Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve these frustrating problems?

If I move images to local using "archive locally" function, ad I use a network folder from my nas mounted via NFS, the copy of files and the removal from cloud works, but if I look at the local folder in Lr, it's empty. If I use a local folder on Mac, it works fine. Lr 7.4.1MacOS 14.5Shared network path: nfs://10.69.20.4/volume1/dati Thank you

Hello,  I installed this on  a new computer and it was working perfectly. Now it runs throuugh the process byt doesn't make any changes. Is there a process that i can go through ?

I recently bought a new computer. I used a commercial piece of software to do the transfer. Lightroom launched OK except that all of my "collections" are empty. My presets are ok. I went back to my old computer and all of my collectioons are still there and working fine. I don't know how to copy over or re-import them to the new machine. All my photos are on an external drive so that part was easy.  Any ideas?

I have gone to my mac settings and given full disk access to lightroom but options are still grayed out.The option I particularly want to use is to create albums.Any help appreciated 

I edit in LightroomCC with masks and then when I try to save or export my image, (jpeg because I accidently shot only in jpeg) and choose the folder, it then acts like it's going to save it, but then at the end it says "There was an unknown Error (1)".   Why is this happening?  Is it because I have too many masks? (I'm using about 3-4 per image) It only happnes with some images and not with others though. Any thoughts? Please give me any and all tips and info!   Should I use Lightroom Classic instead? Thanks! I have confirmed that I have both Wifi and Cellular sync is on.  I have gone to Settings > Cloud storage & sync and toggled off and them back on again the switches for "Use celluar for sync" and "prevent from sleep." my admin changed the team for first, in LR mobile, after i choose the new team, i can't see my old photo, in addition, i can't switch to the old team or my own profile by re login.i can see the storage. is it the photo disapper? or what can i do to get those back?app version v. 9.4.1 os version 17.5.1 with iPhone 14 Pro (the ipad got the same problem)

Samsung Galaxy S23 plus 8GB Ram 256GB storage. When loading RAW image from gallery and editing in lightroom there are numerous crashes using all features eg crop, presets etc.Also when saving an image, there is a buffering circle showing on the image, the image is sharp. When the circle stops buffering the saved image is blurred.Attached photo of sharp image and final  blurred image.Hope you can help.Thanks.

I created an album in LR Cloud, I shared in Adobe Portfolio, everything went through. In LR Cloud I added a photo to this album, in AP I reset from LR. Everything went through, but the new photo didn't show up there. What am I doing wrong? Is it not possible? Then what is the reset function from LR for? Thank you.

When using any of the remove tools (Erase, Heal and Clone) the selection works fine and then nothing happens once it has finished the process, the area I want to change using clone or Gen AI / Object Aware has the white outline but no changes to the image happen? I am using Lightroom on Mac OS its all up to date, super frustrating as I have images to get out to clients. any suggestions?

No está habilitada la opción de enviar automáticamente las fotos ni vídeos desde el iPhone a la biblioteca de Lightroom pero lo hace igualmente , además al subirlas a la biblioteca de Lightroom si  intento borrar las fotos o vídeos que no voy a editar me advierte que también se me borrarán de todos los dispositivos y de iCloud .    

Las fotos realizadas con la cámara de la app de Lightroom no las guarda en la biblioteca .No se cual puede ser el problema pero las fotos las he de hacer desde la cámara del iPhone y entonces si están disponibles en la biblioteca de Ligthroom pero si la hago desde la propia cámara de Lightroom no se incluyen en la biblioteca , esto me ocurre igualmente si realizo la foto desde el iPhone o desde el iPad .
