Hello, hoping for some guidance here.  I've been a long time user of Lightroom Mobile and recently purchased an iMac.  If I pay for a desktop version of the app using my same account information as my mobile, will I be able to migrate over all of the pictures that I have saved to my cloud for Lightroom Mobile?  I'm struggling to find direction on this as there is no straightforward way to migrate things over that I'm finding.

Has this happened to anyone before? Ive attached a photo. After I did the recent Creative Cloud update, many of my photo edits were undone. This is the message I get as per attached photo. I only ever edit in Lr on my computer. After this happened I logged in on my phone to see. Edits are still there but not when I login on my computer. Thank you for any help!!

I primarily use Lightroom (mobile) and store all my photos there.  I rarely use Lightroom Classic, but I want to start using the Book module in it.  What is the best way to a sync folder from Lightroom (mobile) to Classic assuming I want to upload the and edit the images in Lightroom (mobile) first? 

 Hi guys,  My iphone's local storage on the verge of exploding, and I realized that the lightroom local storage is occupying a lot of GBs. I browsed on the web on methods to reduce storage (like clearing the cache) but it doesn't help with the local storage of lightroom on the phone. I saw a post saying there is a method to 'disable store locally' so these photos get moved to the cache and I can clear them. Does anyone knows where is that button? thankss

I have a computer with a touchscreen. Before, you could touch the crop button and adjust the crop manually.Now, it wants to integrate some AI feature where you can flag photos as accepted or rejected along with the crop tool. So any time I move the crop up or down it wants to change the flag. Then even when I click on other windows it ends up cropping the photos to a tiny square and rotating it randomly. It even leaves the flag hover over other windows like my browser.Why can't you just leave well enough alone? Don't make us use flags when we're cropping.

Hello,when you add masks there is less features, e.g there is no luminance and color grading. for example i want to color grade only some part of a photo but its not available in masking 

Hi can anyone help me I'm trying to import raw files from my nikon d5600 They only come on as jpeg I've checked all things on my camera everything is OK there am just being stupid please help if you can thanks 

Since installin latest release 6.3.1 of LightRoom it has been crahing righ left and center. As soon as I attempt to access eithe the top menu items or right-mouse-click on any of my images it crashes.  I have been sending reports off each time but nothing back yet.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello  I have an issue with my account  i have a subscription for Lightroom for iPad (see attachement 1) but when i have problème with the cloud  every time i go in the creative cloud they say my subscription have expired (see attachement 2)  and they say i have only 2giga instead of 100 now i can't add more photo and i can't delete also ! what should i do ? Best regard's 

What is the best touchscreen laptop that is compatible with lightroom pro?!

Hey, This might be a really stupid question, but I feel I have to ask as I've just started properly using Lightroom. Q: Do I need to have all of the photos I add to my Lightroom albums saved on my computers harddrive as well? Or can I delete them from my harddrive after adding them to my Lightroom albums? As I don't own an external harddrive yet, and my computer has two small ssd's I'm in trouble now.

I work for a non-profit organization in the arts sector. We photograph thousands of one-of-a-kind handmade pieces of art to list in our online store. There are multiple angles of each piece, and the main usage is to post jpegs of the items in the online store, but it's important to be able to export larger sizes out of Lightroom if I need to, as sometimes we do print ads or billboards.Currently we store all of the RAW/Large JPG unedited images of our online store work in OneDrive in a folder I label as RAW. I do all my editing in Lightroom once I import the RAW files, but I still need to store the original files somewhere so they don't show up as "missing" in Lightroom. They take up quite a bit of space. Would it be better if I put these on the external harddrive I have connected to my computer? It shouldn't make a difference to my workflow. I suppose the only thing would be that they wouldn't be accessible without the harddrive. The edited photos I export are still a substantial size,

I'm having an issue with banding, particularly on iOS and iPadOS devices. It seems that during previewing of images with soft gradients, banding is clearly visible. It also appears exporting such images to JPG produces the same banding artifacts. Sometimes the banding disappears, as if the higher quality preview wasn't ready before.  I made a small video showing the problem on Lightroom on my iPhone.   

Apologies for what is likely a very basic question.  I'm just wanting to confirm that I can install Lightroom mobile onto a Samsung tablet and have it connect to my existing Adobe Creative Cloud account. I'm about to travel and want to download photos from my camera to my tablet and then have those sync to my Adobe cloud storage ... ultimately then to be available in the rest of my LR eco-system (available in LR, synced to LR Classic, etc.). Thank you!

I am having issues with AI denoise with my laptop.  It will denoise Sony ARW images on an old very slow laptop (70 mins) but when I try it on my newer laptop with it states "The selected photo is not supported by this feature".  It states it will process in 5 mins but then gets the error. GPU is DirectX NVIDIA GeForece 940MX (30.0.15.1169) 2GBIntel HD Graphics 620 Core i7 7th gen chip16gb RAM 

I have been using lightroom mobile in my ipad for about 6 years now. I have run into a problem when I upload images directly from my SD card to my ipad, I wait for it all to upload but when I start to edit them I get a + in the cloud symbol with the error "Adjustments pending to be synced" and a force sync button underneath. Even when I force sync the photo, I will lose the edit. Ex. I make a photo b&w, edit a couple more photos and then that b&w photo is back to the original in color file.  So. That's the problem. I have my ipad and lightroom up to date, I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times, I have cleared the cache, I have rebuilt sync data, I have created new catalogs in Lightroom CC. I have no sync issues on Lightroom.Adobe.com. I've tried just about everything. What am I missing. 

Anyone facing similar problems ?Am on iPadOS 16.4.1 and runnin LR8.3.2. Have not been using LR of late but today I tried numerous times to export from my Libray after editing and the app hang.

I am a long time user of LR Classic, but noticed the other day that when I am using the Spot Removal tool and hit the Alt key the cursor changes to scissors, but I can't work out what it does or how I should use it. Can anyone help?

I have as much as around 50k pictures in LR, which synchronise on the cloud with a given name catalog and my adobe id (email).Calling help desk from Adobe, no one was able to give me the right procedure to import those pictures (recorded in the Adobe Cloud) to LrC (i needed to work on photo books) : trying to synchronise my LR catalog with LrC whilst enjoying the best possible speed of Internet in Paris, i observe a very low rythm of transfer and rather quickly the computer crashes (Imac 2019, 16 Go ram, hard disk 3To). So i was unable to import more than 10k pictures (the computer crashed and the new LrC catalog drashed also to the point it disappeared !!!).1st question : can i synchronise with LrC using another catalog than the LR one recorded under my identifier (email) ?2d ? What is the best way to import QUICKLY my pictures from adobe cloud to LrC (with a dedicated external hard drive)?3rd ? Can i synchronise with more than one account on LR and creative cloud ?4th ? when i synchr

Hello, I use Lightroom Classic with a subscription and 20GB cloud storage. Over time, I have accumulated a few images that I have deleted in the meantime (also from the recycle bin).There are currently 15 mobile phone pictures in the cloud. However, the storage space allocation shows me that I am using 4.7GB. Does anyone have any ideas? It seems to me that the storage space for all the deleted photos has not been released.But they are definitely deleted. Thanks in advance for your support! Many greetingsMarco

Infelizmnte já fiz de tudo. Já desistalei o Lightroom e instaei novamente. Já instalei versoes antigas. Já reintalei o Adobre Cloud. J[a fiz de tudo e não funciona. Já entrei em contato com o suporte e nem o suporte sabe resolver. Lamentavel isso. Sou profissional e trabalho com isso. Não estou atendendo meus clientes pois simplesmente o programa não funciona. Ele carrega e abre. Apos isso fecha em alguns segundos. Alguem poderia me ajudar?

I uploaded several photos my from laptop to Lightroom CC on OSX. I later edited these photos on Lightroom CC mobile on my iPhone.   While I can contiue to edit the photos on my iPhone or Desktop (and even on Lightroom Web), it's impossible for me for me to edit them on desktop any longer.   The desktop app gives the "Waiting for Settings" errors when I open any of the affted photos, showing a recent timestamp from my iPhone. My iPhone app shows that all photos have been synced. (I've made multipled edits on my phone to repeat this process.) But even after my phone finishes syncing, the desktop app still doesn't let me edit.   The official "solution" here is to "reset all settings",  Despite this working the (many) times this has occurred in the past, clicking "Reset" now does nothing.     I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom CC desktop multiple times, to no avail - even the nuclear Reset option doesn't work.
