Someone please help me! I have been editing photos on my old iPhone via Lightroom CC for some time and when I bump up the saturation of my yellow car and then export it, it looks as it did in the app. I now have a new Samsung Galaxy s10 and when I bump up the yellow saturation in Lightroom on my Samsung Galaxy s10 it struggles to produce yellow both in the app and then when I export the photo of my yellow car the yellow looks terrible and dull and even worse! So I though maybe I'll just edit my car photography on my 2017 MacBook pro thinking the app was very well optimised for my new Samsung  galaxy s10.  I edited the photos of my yellow car in Lightroom on my MacBook and in the Lightroom program on my MacBook it looks beautiful but then when I export it the same issue occurs!!! It looks dull, loses all of it's saturation and the bright highlighter yellow turns to a yucky muddy dull  yellow. I don't know what is going on! I'm so lost as to what I should do because I want

quando scarico tante foto insieme ex 200, spesso ne salva 1/3 e le altre mi dice errore. se poi vado a cercare una a una le foto me le salva senza problemi when I download many photos together eg 200, it often saves 1/3 and the others it tells me error. if I then go to look for the photos one by one, it saves them for me without problems  

I just found out that I have been dealing with this problem recently. My Lightroom desktop has been showing that I am syncing 2,226 photos since the start of the year 2020 yet I don't have any error messages in my Sync Activity (Preferences>Lightroom Sync). Recently, I have discovered that I have this error message when I accessed Adobe Lightroom using the web/browser. I have attached the screenshot and it seems that I cannot delete or remove it. Any idea how to address this problem?

Hello I am new to Lightroom, when importing my raw photos off my camera which Lightroom should I be using? Which program should be syncing my photos? both LR and LRC is syncing, and I don't know how delete one from not syncing? please help any information appreciated.

Hola, mi app no esta funcionando hace varios días. No carga la biblioteca, no me deja subir fotos nuevas, se cierra inesperadamente, ya probé borrando cache y desinstalando y volviendo a instalar. Nada funciona.

For new Samsung devices, Samsung Boost offers a 2 month trial on Adobe Lightroom. I tried to activate my trial by downloading the app "Lightroom by Samsung" from the galaxy store, but after entering the details and clicked subscribe, an error shows up, asking me to contact samsung support to solve the issue. When speaking to them the say that the account is active and to speak to adobe about showing the trial on my account. But the worse part is, is that Adobe says that there's nothing shown on my account and because this offer was provided by Samsung, I should speak to them. They asked me if I have another account, which I don't. It feels like I'm at a dead end here. Meanwhile the trial seems to be active and I'm not able to use it. Any help on how to resolve this would me greatly appreciated 🙂

Hallo, seit dem letzten Update 8.3.2 ist meine Komplette Bibliothek mit Fotos verschwunden, ebenso die Presets usw. wenn ich die App öffne bekomme ich nur eine schwarze Fläche angezeigt, das geht nun seit einer Woche so...Ich hab bereits mit ab- und anmelden versucht, die app deinstalliert und neu installiert, es tut sich nichts.Was kann ich tun?Mfg Sabina 

Hello,  Since a while my Lightroom keeps crashing. It starts with pop up screen, and then it says it is still offline and it crashes immediatly when the pop up screen disappears. I've really tried a lot of things, searched online but nothing does work. I have the feeling that it thinks I have no license or something and closes because of that but I do have a valid license for that (from school). I got a problem with HEIC files on my desktop.I have MacOS 10.15 Catalina and newly updated Lightroom Desktop 3.3I added the files on my iPhone running the latest iOS with the latest Lightroom Mobile (5.3.1).The images then synced over over the cloud. They can be opened and edited on both platforms.On export I get the error "The file appears to be unsupported or damaged". This appairs on all HEIC files. Any help is appreciated

Hi, I have tried to google this a bunch of times with limited success, but their seems to be alot of people woundering the samething.Is Adobe ever going to let Lightroom Mobile open the Desktop Lrcat files on at least iPads?I think this could be a real gamechanger for us Photographers wanting to move more towards carrying a iPad instead of a Laptop around on trips and onsite for photoshoots.Especially now whit iPad OS 13 around the corner and externaldrive support is comming. To be able to use the Lrcat that is located on an external drive import photos to that edit some a bit and then just plugin the drive in to the big computer back home to continue the edits would be so awesome and skip the step of waiting for all the photos to upload to the cloud and then back down to your computer.Has anyone heard how Adobe stands to this feature and if the sway to not implement it what was their reason?Kind regardsPatrik Blom

I have the Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1TB plan.  I just got a new Windows PC.  What is the best way to set up and transfer all my work to the new PC?  Do I just install Creative Cloud, sign in and it will sync up to the new PC with all my photo albums and edits intact?  Thanks! Bob

I thought I only deleted the photos I had already synched to the cloud, but it turns out I deleted EVERYTHING. I also thought that you had 30 days of being able to restore it, but that was not the case. Is there someway I can restore it? I read through some of the responses, but they were all from a couple of years ago and said that you couldn't, but I'm writing in the hopes that there might exist a solution now in 2023.

How can I change from dark mode?  Everything in the app is black or dark mode and I cannot see the tools.  All I see is my photo.  The tool menus are so dark, I can hardly see them.  Is the any way to change the overall background so it is in a lighter mode?  Thanks.

I have premium membership for one year; after the last update, I noticed that video files after Export become 1/2 smaller, before, they were same size. Do files get exported in 60 fps? Thus ist very important to me, please help, can't find this information nor contact developers, Thanks 

I have a question about Lightroom Mobile (on Android). I haven't found a way to save RAW files to my Google Drive. When I share, I alway get jpegs, When I export a RAW, I can only get to my Adobe cloud storage. What am I missing?  Maybe there is no way.  Help please !Thanks

i read that presets now so no across devices.  I’ve imported them to lightroom on my desktop, but even though synced, not seeing all my presets (or any of them) on my mobile device.  Thanks for any help.

I use presets as an editing tool, I apply the one preset to the entire album and then go back through and manually edit it to get the right tones of coloring. I started editing an album last night and my preset looked normal. I got back on Lightroom mobile today and the coloring of my photos is absolutely horrible. I am beyond frustrated. I don't know if it's a bug or what but I have never ran into this issue while using this preset. I use the same preset with every album.. PLEASE HELP

I upgraded my PhotoPlan with 1TB to Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB and added Creative Could Files Storage 1TB.  Now lightroom tells me I don't have enough storage as it is looking at the 100GB and not at the 1TB. I've logged out of Creative Cloud, Uninstalled, Reinstalled etc. but nothing is working. Any help appreciated. Demian Lightroom 6.3.1Lightroom Classic 12.3Lightroom WebmacOS 13.3.1

Lightroom for iPad 8.3.1iPad OS Version 16ipad 8Hello, i have a Nikon Zfc with which I shoot in RAW format.i have imported my shots on the iPad using SnapBridge but when I try to edit the picture on Lightroom for iPad, they are all in Black&white. No problems with jpeg format. No problem with editing on iPhone.the problem seems to be related only to the iPad version.did anyone experience this?is there any fix?

HiQuick question - I tried to use the Denoise function in LR on an image.  After processing for more than 10 minutes it showed it had completed but no new DNG was produced to be used in further edits.  Is there something I am doing incorrectly?  Do I specify DNG location.  Exporting the photo I imported as a DNG does not have the Denoise applied...
