I take pictures on my R5 (shooting in RAW), using HDR mode. It takes 5 photos of varying exposure. I import those into lightroom, and go to "Photo Merge" >  "HDR", and I get the error: "Unable to merge the photos". Am I doing something wrong??

I am unable to remove stale albums from my Lightroom connection UI for albums not posted to my Portfolio website.  How can I remove them fully and start from scratch?

Meu mac é um pro 2018 intel, e tem as configurações do anexo.Ocorre que a partir da versão 12.1, do LR e após atualização do ACR, não consigo mais mascarar e selecionar pessoas.informa que meu sistema não tem memoria gráfica suficiente, então tive que voltar a versão 12.0.1.Já estava muito chateado com a adobe por conta disso.Piorou muito esta semana, quando resolvi atualizar dois Dell que tenho a mais de 10 anos um inspiron 15 e outro ulltrabook 14Z.Para minha surpresa, o Lightroom e o ACR instalado e atualizados nos mesmos, apesar de não reconhecer o processador grafico, seleciona e mascara pessoas normalmente.É um absurdo a Adobe atualizar os aplicativos desta forma....Tó pensando seriamente em procurar alternativas e cancelar minha assinatura....

I turned on syncing my camera roll to Lightroom on iPhone. I have 4k+ photos/videos. The first 2.8k or so uploaded relatively quickly, but the remainder have been taking several days and still shows 460 pending. Maybe these are videos that are larger, but there doesn't seem to be a way to tell which are still pending.  I can filter by sync status on the desktop. Is there any way to tell which are pending on the phone?

When I export a video from Lightroom on IOS the video has no metadata.  The only thing I really care about is the date.  Is there a way to fix this?

Hello, I orderd the Adobe CC Photo Abo with 20GB of cloudstorage. Now I upgradet the plan with an aditional 1TB Storage Abo. The problem: Lightroom sitll says your storage is full upgrade now. Any other Adobe App already updated to the 1TB plan. Any ideas? Thanks!

I'm very new to Lightroom Desktop .... All of my modules have disappeared and I can't find them. Anyone know how/where to find them and get them back? I am in develop but that's all I can see. help!

The fact that I'm having to come to a forum to ask this question in and of itself is highly troubling. I'm currently evaluating whether to begin using Adobe CC for personal use. I noticed that it had started syncing my 500 GB photo library to a cloud somewhere without asking. I'm glad that I noticed, because I would have been hit with a large bill from my ISP had I not, for going over my 1 TB monthly bandwidth limit. So the first problem is that it tried to sync without asking.The second problem is that I tried to disable sync in the Lightroom app (PC version) and it didn't offer that option, or if it did, it was far from obvious. I was able to "pause" sync, but I want to turn it off and remove any synced files. This should be easy to do from within the app.Can someone please help me? If the answer is "Sorry, there's no way to disable sync", I will not be using Adobe products any further.Thank you,Aaron

I am using an iPhone 13 ProMax, and never had any issues with Lightroom mobile app. Then I recently upgraded to iOS 16.3, and now every time I open Lightroom, it immediately crashes within a second or two of opening. I have rebooted the phone, deleted and reinstalled the app. Still the same outcome. I have not been able to use Lightroom for awhile, and it's an app I depend upon and pay for!!!

Hey, I've edited a photo in lightroom however when I upload it to facebook as my profile picture it is blurry. I have tried resizing the image to the facebook profile pic size however this did not help. I have also ensured the photo is saved as a JPEG file and that the dimension is the small (2048px). I have the image quality on 100% too and have tried the sharpen tool on the editing page. Does anyone know why I'm having this issue and how I can solve it? The image was taken on an Iphone 12 pro max and my friends with the same Iphone don't have this problem. The photo is also high quality (not blurry) when I go to upload it to facebook. My facebook settings on my phone are on the upload to highest quality setting. The photo looks fine up until I upload it. Thank you 🙂

Whenever  I use the newly introduced person masking tool, or manually select a a subject with the brush, Lightroom only gives me a big, square box.   Did I set something wrong or is this a bug on Lighroom's end?   Here's an example of using the automatic "person masking" tool <Changed to Windows>

This message below appears in the right pane when I open older older pictures (like ~2012 and before)  in Lightroom CC on my PC .  Can someone explain what this is referring to? What settings?  Whole album has this kind of errors and I cannot get my photos. Why I should pay for keeping photos in cloud if you cannot guarante safety of storage?

Hi,  I have uninstalled and redownloaded lightroom several times and can't seem to get my application to open. I also tried downloading older versions to hopefully fix this issue, but I keep running into the same error. Are there any other solutions on how I can get this problem resolved?

I don't understand what is going on here. When I tried to migrate a LR Classic catalog to LR I got the message below saying I needed 30.6 gigs on my Macintosh HD. As you can see from the second screen shot I have over 140 gigs of free space on that drive.  Can someone explain this?  The files in this catalog total only 76 gigs.

Lighroom is turning my photos black when I try to edit, not all of them just at radmom, or I hit auto edit and it turns the expouser way up but the photo is way darker.  

Notification Panel isn't opening in Lightroom Cloud Windows Desktop Version.I cleared the cache but didn't work.

1. Adobe Lightroom MacOS 6.2 (Not CLASSIC, the app from Mac store)2. MacOS M1 PRO3. upload a photo, apply preset, reset the photo, LR crashes. 4. EXPECTED: The photo edit should appear on the screen.ACTUAL RESULT: the photo edits do not appear anywhere except in the small thumbnail. any further edits results in 200% CPU usage and freeze the app. 

I'm using Lightroom 6.2 on a MBP. I've created an album and shared it online with view only but comments allowed. I've made comments on the app on my machine, but those comments do not show up in the online gallery. Curiously, when I make a comment online, it shows up on my desktop Lightroom almost immediately. I've tried different browsers and incognito mode, but still get the same problem. Any idea how to make it so that comments work in both directions?
