Hello, My Adobe ID is: <Email redacted> I have a critical issue with Lightroom Cloud: I had more than 26,000 photos stored.My license expired on 15/09/2025, and I reactivated my subscription on 16/09/2025 using the same account. Since then, my cloud storage shows 0 GB used and my entire library has completely disappeared.According to Adobe’s policy, my photos should be retained for 1 year after expiration, so they should still be present on the servers. Please escalate this case to the Lightroom Cloud technical team so they can check whether my library is linked to another organization or profile under my Adobe ID, and help me restore access. This is extremely urgent as it concerns 26,000 professional photos that are currently lost. Thank you in advance.
Bonjour,Je me sers d'Imagen pour traiter et éditer mes images.Ensuite, elles sont importés dans lightroom pour que je recadre et peaufine les retouches.Les masques créés à partir d'imagen doivent être mis à jour sur chaque photo...J'ai fais la mise à jour en lot mais ça ne fonctionne pas.Et quand je la fais photo par photo, ça fonctionne mais en revenant sur mes images au bout d'un certaine temps, il faut refaire la mise à jour. Pour des gros dossiers à 500 photos, c'est plutôt pénible !Avez-vous des solutions ?Merci d'avance

Morning please may anyone help me, I have a Macbook with Adobe Lightroom not Lightroom Classic. I cannot find where to import my photos at all there is no import photos album, so I then went to the help section and it mentioned importing it into the cloud . Now when I go to the log in page to download the app for the cloud on Safari it keeps taking me to a Chinese Adobe webpage not in english then it says "it looks like you are in Africa go to that website" which I then press okay but all it does is re load the previous Chinese Adobe and I go through the same process. Please see attached error message. Please Help!
Worst program in phototgraphy history in 2025!!!!!!!!!!! Get up to date!!!!! Program crashes every time I open it, images are EXTREMELY pixalated from transfers from NIKONZ. ADOBE won't even let me post this feedback!
Hello, Is it possible to retrieve Cloud files from an Adobe school account that has been deactivated? I'm currently waiting to hear back from my university's ITD Help, but I wanted to know if there was a way through Adobe. Our accounts were deactivated without warning, and now I'm unable to log back in, as the accounts were deactivated, not just the license. I specifically am looking to grab my Lightroom edits/presets - any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

HiThis is an issue I've had before. Lightroom didn't download all the files on my SD card. After advice I ran some software which found the files on my formatted card but it then transpired that it would cost over £80 to actually buy the software and get my missing shots. Can't help thinking that I really shouldn't have had this issue in the first place! I can't afford this cost and wonder if anyone knows of any free to use software which does the same thing or preferably if Adobe has a solution? Thanks
I'm Lightroom Classic user and have several albums. All of them are visible online. I try to share with other Adobe user a gallery. Invitation to see an album comes via e-mail. When other user clicks "View Gallery" link, gallery opens in the browser. Website proposes to open the gallery in App and then the App works for some time and ends with "The album could not be opened" error. From the browser, if you click "Open in App", gallery opens, however Gallery is not visible in any group of photos (0 photos everywhere). Neither visible online.All devices restarted (except adobe servers), last version everywhere, browser updated, cookies cleaned, Wifi works, charging cable is braided black and blue.
Hi everyone, Since few days, LR takes approx. 5 minutes to download my pictures in PNG. I've never had this problem before. The laptop is brand new and more powerful than the previous one. I downloaded the new version of LR... Do you know how to solve the problem? Thanks a lot for your help.

Don't know where to post, tried reinstall Creative Cloud and Lightroom 3 times already and still doesn't help. Any ideas how to tackle this issue? Thanks.
When I am hitting the export button, I am not getting the options to choose the dpi, pixels . I cant control the file size. I am using the lightroom 8.5.1

J'utilise l'application mobile et lors de mon enregistrement "enregistrer copie sur l'appareil" le résultats est pixelisé et perd vraiment en netteté. Malgres avoir modifié les paramètres et avoir tout mis au max. merci d'avance.
Hello, I recently bought the colbalt images base pack for my camera which is a zipped dcp file. After importing the profiles they are not appearing in my profiles section. I've also checked in the managed profiles section and theyre not in there either I tried to see if they are available when viewing a raw or dng file - no luck there either. I also tried a view options where you hard paste it into the appdata, roaming, camera raw, settings file and still no luck. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, installing an older version - i just cant get it to work 😞 Is there anything I can do or is t just bugged for me? Windows 11 / lightroom cloud (issue also persits on lightroom classic)
I currently have my Lightrooms set to import with camera matching settings. It brings in the images with many of the recipe settings I used on my Fuji camera. I'm wondering, is it possible to switch an image from camera matching to adobe default? If I change my settings, will it only affect images imported going forward or would it change everything I've already imported? If I go to develop an image and change the profile from the camera matching to something like Adobe Standard, it still has things like the added grain, clarity, etc. Lightroom Desktop = Mac 8.5.1Lightroom Classic = Mac 14.5.1Lightroom iPad = most current version

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with Lightroom. I used to shoot with a Canon T5i connected in Tethering mode, and it worked perfectly. But suddenly, Lightroom stopped recognizing the camera. It just stays as if it’s searching for the camera but never finds it.Has anyone else experienced this problem or knows how to fix it?Thanks a lot in advance for your help! 🙏

Hi Adobe team,I'm using Lightroom Mobile on three devices with the same updated version, and I’ve been experiencing a serious issue: AI-based masks (like Select Subject or Select Sky) are no longer syncing at all between devices.Previously, when I created a mask on one device, it would sync perfectly to the others. Now, not only do the masks not update — they don’t even show up as existing on the other devices. It’s as if no masks were ever created.I've tried:- Logging out and back in on all devices- Forcing sync by making edits- Duplicating the image- Ensuring stable internet on all devicesNone of these actions worked.Please let me know if this is a known issue or if there’s a workaround, because this completely breaks the mobile workflow.Thanks in advance.
The masking tool is not working after the most recent Lightroom update.
I am not using Lightroom Classic, so many of the posts giving fixes do not apply as i am new to photography and the Adobe ecosystem, so not using Classic as i would assume the newer products would be easier to use. On switching the profile to Adaptice Colour, it is forcing me to manually press the update button on every individual photo. I have tried the (Photo > Update Ai Settings) when selecting multiple photos, but this does not work at all. as you can imagine, this is highly frustrating as the whole app seems to be slow even with all hardware acceleration turned on, so going through hundreds of photos just to click one button before even applying any other edits is frustrating. I would be cancelling my plan, but magically, there's a £50 cancellation fee. Adobe Lightroom Version 8.3.1 - 200250505-2344-4fb7147
So I'm mainly still working in Lightroom Classic as likely most of you, but I sync libraries I'm currently working on from LR Classic to Creative Cloud so I can work on those photos on the go on my Surface Pro 4 with the new Lightroom CC and have changes synced back to LR Classic. This works actually quite nicely if you know the limitations.Now, speaking of working on the go with my Surface Pro 4, I prefer to work with touch and the Surface Pen to edit my photos instead of attaching the keyboard and a mouse. It works ok - as in LR Classic, it's still a mess to adjust the sliders with touch or a pen as you have to move them quite a bit before they even start moving, setting the value way of what you want - and then it's still very jumpy when you try to adjust it to the value you want. But I can deal with that for now.Far worse is the problem that I do not find a way to show the white/black clipping and sharpening mask when using touch/pen. Syncing photos and clearing all ones to make space has been a NIGHTMARE recently. It keeps clearing the cached data and syncing again and again from the cloud that takes ages, to just do it again after a restart. I have never been so frustrated with Lightroom in my 4 years of experience
