I take RAW photos using Fujifilm camera with the function of “The Digital Teleconverter”, which apply a digital crop to the RAW files. I can see the cropped image of those RAW files on the Fujifilm camera. However, after importing to the Lightroom, those files all turn back to the original without showing any cropped view. I really would appreciated if Lightroom can show the cropped view of those Fujifilm RAW files.If this feature could be added, I can directly see the exact view from pictures that I've taken from the camera, and then edit them. I don’t need to manually crop those RAW files while guessing the size of what I’ve seen from the camera view during taking those pictures. Especially, cropping in Lightroom is just using ratio only, without the ability to typing the pixels size I need.

I’m using Lightroom AI remove feature. It ran till 100% and show a service not available msg.  

Hallo  I would please like help as I have tried everything that google and Chatgpt had. I lost all my preset when and I cant seem te re-import them I over 11k presets and non of them want to import please help

Lightroom constantly freezing or lagging

MacBook Pro M2 pro,Macos Tahoe 26.3Lightroom Desktop 9.1 Every week or two I will find my MacBook Pro M2 drive has suddenly completely filled because the lrcc_console.log file will grow to 90 - 100GB. I have to find the log file and delete it and then my laptop will run good for a while. This started happening in late December, I have had to delete the log file 4 times now.Below I have pasted a portion of the log. Isn’t it absurd the desktop version of Lightroom CC doesn’t allow you to change the sorting order of albums? On iOS and iPad you can click the sorting parameter a second time to reverse the order (so you can get the sensible option of showing your latest albums on top if you named them properly). On desktop, you’re screwed. This feels like the tiniest possible fix, yet it’s been like this for many years. Why??

Please change Lightroom so it JUST OPENS THE FILE if you previously worked with it in Lightroom.It is not helpful that if you try to open a previously worked file all that happens is a message: Previously Added.  Fantastic! How about OPENING THE FILE?Instead the user has to go hunt for the image in the Lightroom Library.  Lightroom of course knows where it is ,,, it found it and said: Previously Added instead of JIST OPENING THE FILE.The user has to determine the date. Now navigated into the Lightroom Library where there may be hundreds of images to sift through for a particular day.It is a five minute waste of User time to hunt for the image and then open it in from the Library. When all Lightroom has to do is OPEN THE FILE that it already located in the Library.I have this waste of time and efficiency over and over and over. I regularly need to re-crop photos for other needs, or adjust color, or simply opened it in Lightroom days, weeks, ago and decided not to use it then and now nee

I downloaded the free desktop version of Lightroom. I want to use the Super Resolution feature. When I right click on the photo, the menu does not offer Enhance. I can’t find it anywhere in the program. I’ve attached an image of my screen when i right click. Please help.

For reference, I am using Lightroom Mac Version 7.3 on an Apple M1 Pro MacBook Pro.   Has anyone had an issue where during the middle of of an editing session the arrow keys stop working on the film strip and when adjusting something on a sliding scale? All of the other keyboard shortcuts work, but for some reason arrow key function stops.   This issue will resolve upon quitting and restarting application, but it is getting annoying & breaks my flow when I have to do so 4-5 times throughout an editing session. This has been bothering me for months now. How do I resolve it?   It generally seems to occur after I have used the crop function (or at least that is when I notice). When it happens, it will not allow me to hit enter on the crop. I instead have to hit 'E' to return to the edit panel and save the crop. From that point going forward, I can no longer use the arrow keys throughout the session. There is also a sound that plays like the arrow keys are no longer

Hi, in need of some help! I’m an amateur photographer trying out lightroom, I have been trying to use the enhance tools, as well as denoise etc. I tried googling the issue and have tried various different things.I shot the images on a canon 5D mark IV in raw, they uploaded as CR2 files and I’ve converted them into TIFF. I have tried the new lightroom and also classic. I have plenty of storage on my Mac. Could someone please be able to help me 🙏 I will need it explained in the most simplest of ways if possible, like I said above I’m a newbie! THANK YOU

Problem Description: I am experiencing a consistent rendering failure when syncing photos that use a custom Canon linear profile (.dcp) from Lightroom Classic to the Adobe Cloud ecosystem (Lightroom Desktop, Web, and Mobile).Steps to Reproduce: Import and apply a custom linear profile (.dcp) to a photo in Lightroom Classic. The image renders correctly. Sync the collection to Adobe Cloud. View the image on Lightroom Web or Lightroom (Cloud version): The profile is not applied to the initial preview, and the image appears incorrectly developed (flat/dark). Manual Workaround: I have to manually open each image in "Edit" mode within Lr Web or Lr Cloud to "force" the profile to load. Only then does the image update and display the correct rendering.Major Impact: Adobe Portfolio: Photos synced via the Cloud appear incorrectly developed on my website because the "forced" rendering hasn't been triggered manually in the Cloud. Workflow: It is impossible to manually open hundreds of photos

So I am one my second day of the Lightroom trial.  I decided to try out the Lightroom Mobile feature.  I installed the app, but when I try to start it, it say to verify my account by hitting the verification on the email that is sent. But I never recive the email.  I tried loging in with my Adobe account, and waited over two hours and nothing came.  I tried using my gmail account, which is the same one used to my Adobe account.  But same result. My email does work, I have recived emails from Adobe, even the one confiriming my signup here.  My email is verified. My spam folder is clear.  I have Adobe listed as a contact and my inbox is far from being full.   I have Lightroom Classic installed and have been on the Lightroom Web.  I tried running the mobile app directly from the Creative Cloud, but that just started up the Mobile app, that then asked for my to verify again.  I even hit the “get help signing in” prompt, and when I try to find the account it says to “Check your inbox” again

This is the issue I keep having while trying to export my images. I have not been able to find an answer on how one might solve this issue. I came here to ask. Please let me know if you have had this issue and what needs to be done. My JPEGs come out fine from my camera, but when I import them into Lightroom mobile [Android], this is what happens. This is not my picture and I don't want Lightroom to change the colors of my pictures. Is this a bug or what?I need to change this asap but can't find any options.

HDR editing mode was automatically turned on if enabled in settings when I first started using the app several months ago. Now I have to turn it on photo by photo during editing. I used an iPhone 13 mini at first and now switched to iPhone 17. Photos are taken with the same cameras.

In Lightroom 9.1 I cannot see my color labels as I set them in LrC. Both latest update, all photos in synced collections correctly, no metadata issues reported in LrC.

 Image color changes from RAW (right) to left after pressing the develop button. 

Why lightroom force me to upload my photos to cloud?Beofre i could use matching styles for my photos on local and now its blocked for photos on local. Its allowed only for photos in cloud. Its extortion, coercion!This feature used to work without cloud uploads.

I can't get Lightroom mobile desktop to accept my MP4 or MOV movies. Lightroom classic excepts movie formats, why doesn't Lightroom mobile?

When I open Lightroom (not the classic desktop application) on my PC, it crashes instantly. I have never used the application before, so I do not know why this is happening. Where can I find the logs of the apps so I can send them here?
