Lightroom mobile app shows 2 GB storage when I have the 20 GB plan

Hallo ich habe ein abo mit 20gb cloud speicher habe auf meinem handy in der lightroom app aber nur 2gb cloud speicher kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen?

Hi there,

Sorry that Lightroom app on your phone only shows 2 GB of storage even though you have a 20 GB plan.

Please sign out of the Lightroom mobile app and sign back in. Also, please make sure that you are logged in using the correct Adobe ID.

Please note that Lightroom cloud storage is a different space than Creative Cloud online storage. See Lightroom app's settings to confirm how much storage you have for Lightroom syncing.
