Lightroom "Open In Detail" blank. No detail view at all. Blank.

Detail view is blank.  Nothing I can do works.  Image thumbs show at bottom.

Blank.  "Open In Detail" is blank.  grid view fine.  All other stuff fine.  detail blank. 

Where do I get support for this paid product?
