Lost files and presets on Lightroom mobile after changing password of Adobe ID

Question

After changing the password of Adobe ID, all files, pictures and presets in Lightroom on my mobile got lost. How to restore????

Sorry that your images and presets from Lightroom got lost after you've changed your password of Adobe ID.

Would you mind sharing the version of Lightroom and the device you're using the app on?

Are you able to view your presets/images on Lightroom Web? Link: https://lightroom.adobe.com/
