One side of the street is covered with snow

A black and white photo is in my possession. One side of the street is covered with snow. The snow on the other side of the street that was slushy was quite white, but I wish it looked even whiter and brighter so it matched the one on the other side. I hope to use this image as my cover for The Snow Day Pridector website. How do I do this in the Lightroom app for Android?
