All generative instruments are not active, buttons are grey

Hi, I'm using photoshop on Windows 11, recently I noticed that all generation instruments are unactive.

Hey, @alexc71994945. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in, and I found an active subscription.

Please try launching Photoshop from the Creative Cloud desktop app and check if the issue exists.

You can try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an alternate device & internet network to rule out it is a network issue.
