Can anyone explain why this happens and how to fix it? I want to use spin blur but it says Could not apply the Blur Gallery workspace because the file was not found.

As the title says, when I attempt to draw in Photoshop, my brush lags significantly in a way that is impossible to work with. When moving the pen around at an average speed, the line appears behind it in short bursts with a few seconds between. This began about a week ago although I had not opened Photoshop for a while beforehand. This is only happening with Photoshop and only with my Cintiq. There is no lag when using the Cintiq with another drawing software, and no lag when using my older Intuos with Photoshop. I draw with fairly simple brushes on lower resolution canvases.My specs:Laptop- MSI GS65 Stealth 9SEOS- Windows 11Tablet- Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 PGraphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060CPU: Intel i7 The main things I have tried since the problem began:- Updated Photoshop from 2024 to 2025- Updated Wacom driver- Updated NVIDIA driver- Made sure GeForce overlay was turned off- Made sure Photoshop was still set to use the NVIDIA card- Made sure I had a decent amount of free

I'm using Photoshop on a ProArt P16 (H7606) and it's been working swimmingly ever since I got it. That's not the case anymore.  I restarted my computer after After Effects crashed, and re-opening my computer re-opened a lot of project files I had open before then. After every project opened, I was met with this notification window.If I clicked no, Photoshop would freeze until an error report window would open. After sending the report, Photoshop closes. If I clicked update, this window would pop up: If I clicked learn more, the same result as "No" would happen. Even if I click "Don't show again," the window would show up again upon re-opening the app.Although I have the latest version of Photoshop 2025 (which I updated after the first crash, didn't fix it), whenever I click on the icon I get a message pop up asking "Do you want this app to make changes to your device?" from Photoshop 2023. Task manager says it's 2025, which is strange. Attempting to open Photos

Photoshop 26.5.0,  Mac OS, Sequoia 15.3.2When I post a finished jpg artwork on Flickr, FaceBook, or ShiftArt.com, the photoshop layer that I used Gaussian Blur on is blurry and the rest of the image is perfect.  But when I open it's psd file in Photoshop on my desktop the whole psd file looks perfect with no blurring of the layer that gaussian blur was used on.  Something is happening and now I can't use gaussian blur anymore!  I hope someone can help figure this out.  It has been happening for a couple of months now.  It might be connected to Photoshop Beta;  I go back and forth between the 2.

Hi, I have a strange issue.  Is there a way for the levels adjustment command to automatically have the value box highlighted?Just yesterday when I bring up a levels adjustment using command+L, there is no longer a highlighted "0" in the input level window.Now, I have to press the tab key in order to highlight the input level window so I can enter a value. I prefer to enter numbers instead of using the slider. It is a minor quibble, but speed in my workflow is crucial sometimes. I'd love to find a way to get the value box highlighted automatically without pressing tab. 

Does it make sense to use font managent software now that Photoshop displays font options by various categories?

I purchased CS4 as an upgrade and it wants the serial number from an earlier product Photoshop 6.0, but i no longer have that product or the serial number, is their a work around to this problem?

Photoshop 2025, Windows, I can not transform objects in photoshop. The move tool is not working and everything appears to be locked. How can I fix this issue?

Hey Adobe Forum Community,I am a student, and I have been using Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 to develop a new design for my school's assembly presentation (since their's is extremely outdated). I decided to create a typography animation gif for the project, and exported it as a gif through Save For Web (Legacy) and the result was below (notice how it flashes twice). I tried changing the resolution down/up a bit, but the issue persists. Example down below:Any help or tips are welcome.Thanks in advanceKhoi

For whatever reason, both CC and Photoshop will not open once I have originally opened them, then closed out off the app. There is no spinning wheel, no white.dark screen, just as if I hadn't tried to launch it at all.Both CC and Ps are on the latest versions and newly installed.Windows 11 Anyone else seen this and know how to resolve?

Hi,I'm having an issue in Photoshop regarding how layer selection looks and how the app performs.When I select a layer, the borders should normally appear blue and solid. But on my system, they appear gray and dashed, and this also causes lag.The issue behaves like this:The first document or tab I open works fine. The selected layer border appears blue and there is no lag.But when I open a second document or tab, the selection border appears gray and dashed, and Photoshop starts lagging.This happens every time.Additional info:I have updated my GPU drivers to the latest version.I tested this with two different versions of Photoshop. The same problem occurs in both.The "Use Graphics Processor" option is enabled in Preferences.I have attached screenshots and videos to show the difference between the first and second tabs.Please help me understand if this is a known issue or a compatibility problem.Thanks,HASKAN

When i try to center two images that are smart objects with layer masks with the align buttons in photoshop it alignes it according to the whole image and not only my selection. How can i center only my selection to an other mask and not the whole images?

Hi,Hoping someone can explain if this is correct or I have a glitch?I am saving a photo, a psd file 2 ways.  As a JPG and then separately as a PDF. As a JPG, it reads 18x12,  5454x3636 pixels.  Resolution: 303 ppi. as a JPGAs a PDF it reads  4.3"x2.9", 1296x864 pixels, resolution: 303 ppi. Should they print the same sharpness and quality?  I do not downsample and compression is unchecked.  Yet when I view them and print them, the quality/sharpenss is poor on the pdf.  Is my saving as a pdf still reducing the size? I have tried all versions of settings in the pdf save sections.  The high quality, the latest adobe acrobat setting, all work the same.Windows

Et si oui, quelles sont les étapes précises à suivre ou les outils à utiliser dans Photoshop pour y parvenir ?
