System becomes very slow when I run Photoshop and illustrator together

Can someone help me? My computer is freezing a lot when I start Illustrator and Photoshop together. I have 48GB of memory, my processor is a Ryzen 5 3600 and my video card is a GTX 1660 super. theoretically it wasn't supposed to stop, but it's unbearable. I've tried several different performance settings in Photoshop, and nothing has had any effect. Does anyone know what can it be?

no error. The system just very slow. Photoshop alone runs normally, even with very large files, but when I open Illustrator, the system becomes very slow.

Both software are in their latest versions and Illustrator runs normally when running alone. The problem only happens when I run both together.
