With PS 2024, how can I connect these broken lines to create a smooth, stained glass pattern?

      Yes. As much as possible (quick and low effort). 

      It's certainly doable by hand, but I would think that there would be an embeded tool, or an AI Generative command that might work.

      You'd only have to do a quarter, and then flip and rotate three copies. With the smooth curves, you could trace it with the Pen, needing very few control points.
