Color photo appears black and white in Image File
Photos added to a new image file appear as color photos in the Photo Bin. However, they are black and white in the Image File screen. How to fix this?

With your image open in the Editor window go to the menu:
Image >> Mode
Ensure you select RGB Color and not Grayscale.
