I have a wacom pad and I am trying to clone images, however a brush pop up box comes up everytime not letting me clone, how can I get rid of this feature.

I have a Wacom pad and when I try to clone an area in a photo a circle appears and a brush pop up box appears and does not let me clone the picture. How can I remove this feature from my program?
