Hi all. In december I bought a MacBook Air,, very fast one with M1 processor. And I bought photoshop elements 2021.but some things work soooo slow!! For example when I want to use a surface blur filter it takes a whole minute to process. Does anyone recognize this? also, when I adjust brightness and contrast it does not show immediately, I have to uncheck the box 'preview' and then check it again. Hope someone knows the solution. 

Anyone know how or if it's even possible, to make Elements 2022 full screen?

Hi , I just bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 and I am having a problem with it on my new Windows 11 PC.   Most of my photographs are from my iPhone and are in the HEIC format. And The Organiser software is telling me that it can't read these files. It tells me that I need to install the HEIF Image Extension for Windows 10    However I have already installed the HEIF Image Extension and HEVC Video Extension for Windows 11 installed.   Is this a know issue or is there any workaround / fix.    Thanks

Mais depuis la derniere mise a jour de Nik Collection, à l'ouverture d'une photo via Photoshop Element, ce dernier se ferme immediatement et génére un rapport d'incident...quelqu'un a t il eu ce probleme et/ou à une solutioncordialement 

Hi,In 2017, I bought a discounted package Photoshop Elements 14 and Premiere Elements 2014 at local store. As I remember, the package was new, wrapped in foil, etc. I still have the receipt, box, DVDs with serial numbers labels.I activated both applications on the Adobe website in my profile few days later, I installed and worked 2-3 years until my computer was crashed. During COVID-19, I didn't feel to need use these programs, so I didn't install them on the second computer until the day before yesterday when I diligently needed to test my daughter's new graphics tablet.It turned out that PSE14 is missing on my list of products.I tried to explain it on chat and found out that my number is assigned to a different account, from 2015 and they can't help me.What to do now?

Well, my laptop computer just stopped working. (2013 model). So, I downloaded a copy of Elements 14, installed it on my new computer, and was advised that I had too many activations! On logging in to the Adobe site, I found that my login reported that I had Zero computers activated?What I would like to do is reset all activations, then maybe I can get my paid version to work on my new computer

Does anyone know of a watercolor plug-in or filter software for PSE 2022?i've seen really nice ones for Photoshop or Lightroom, but nothing for PSE

I got a new laptop (MacBook Pro Version 12.2.1) and tried downloading Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019. I can get onto the the elements homepage fine but it won't let me go onto Photoshop Elements Editor (which is the only thing I use). It keeps giving me an error message whenever I try to get onto Photoshop Elements Editor saying: "Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application." I did what they told me to do but got the same message. So I did it again... and then again. I'm so frustrated and just want my program back! I don't have enough money to pay monthly for Photoshop and I paid a lot of money to get this program. PLEASE HELP!

I am trying to change the color associated with a category tag in the Organizer.  I have Elements 2021 on a mac running Monterey 12.3.1.  In the Keywords I select my category tag, then choose "Edit" from the drop down menu next to Keywords.  This brings up the "Edit Category" box, then I select "Choose Color".  The Color Picker box comes up but is distorted.  I will try to attach a picture below.  The 3 windows within the box that are supposed to display colors are instead semi-transparent.  I can see through these windows to the Organizer thumbnails below.  The windows are not totally clear - they appear to have faint colors over them, as if looking through pale stained glass.  Any idea how to fix this?  The Color Picker box displays normally in the Editor.

I'm using Elements 2021 on a Mac running Big Sur 11.6.5. When I try to use CTRL+Click in Organiser to for example, edit am album name or remove a keyword nothing happens.  The CTRL+Click function works with all my other applications, including Elements Editor. Can anyone help me please? 

Can anyone helpPhotoshop Elements 2018 has suddenly started crashing on my Mac as I try to open it. I am running IoS Big Sur 11.6.5. Does anyone have a solution?

I just upgraded my computer to windows 11 I had to log in to my PS6 and put in my product code now it works. However my Adobe Premiere Elements 15 and my Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 will not work and even though I have my License numbers there is no place I can find to add them. They did both work on in Windows 10. When I click on the error info "here" button it tells me my operating system is no longer supported (which is Windows 11)???I do have the original discs but I would have to get a disc drive would it be worth trying to re install?

I have a very large file that I am trying to break up into 5 chapter sections. Maybe there is a way to do it that doesn't keep crashing?

I have an iMac retina 4K late 2015 desktop , with Monterey 12.3.1  and my old PH SH Elements no longer works. Will PH SH Elements 2022 now work with it? If not, when do you expect it may be fixed?ThanksB

I have a legal version of Version17. of photshop elemets that is Impossible to use becuse you update some stuff and even if I got it to install after alot of error I still can not use it.  If you do not care about older products that are legal why dont you just tell me straight out.I tells me the seriel is wrong and it is the seriel that is atached to my prodoct on your site so what do I do? 

My computer is starting to play up. The PSE20 I use was bought as a download (I have no disc). Can I get a free repeat dowload if necessary or is there something I should be doing now? I am not a computer buff and have memory probs.

I guess this is the latest version:Photoshop Elements 2022 update (version 2022.3) I want to upgrade my PE19 to that, but the requirement sheet says I need 8GB. Is that a hard and fast thing or is it chances are it will work with only the 4GB? Thanks

I have PHotoshop Elements 10 and 18.  Both stopped working about 3 days ago.  I don't know if it has to do with a Windows 10 Update or something with the programs.I was also using a very old Elements 6, and it just stopped and said to contact IT for a repair. I have no discs or serial numbers.How do I get any of these programs up and running?

i just need to know what to do to capture an object in elements 9 to save for later use. 

Hi, since installing the Mac OS Monterey, Photoshop Elements 2018 is working extremely slow. The worst part is that no photos are opening properly and appear splintered into different segments and are almost unintelligible. This started occurring after installing Mac OS Monterey.-Could this splintering photo issue be caused by the new Mac OS? How would I fix this?-If I need to uninstall Photoshop Elements 2018, can I do so without needing to buy a new license?

Hallo,ich würde gerne Elements 11 auf meinem Laptop deaktivieren und auf meinem Desktop-PC wieder aktivieren, aber jedes Mal kommt die Meldung, dass keine Internetverbindung besteht. Der Laptop ist aber mit dem Internet verbunden. Getestet habe ich mein heimisches WLAN, den persönlichen Hotspot über das Smartphone und am Ende hab ich mir sogar ein LAN-Kabel besorgt und den Laptop per Kabel direkt am Router verbunden. Eine deaktivierung ist nicht möglich. Was kann ich machen?

I am in the process of cleanig off an old external hard drive. Moving mostly photos to this new drive.  I am getting this message on both drives when i try to open a photo,.  "Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document"  Or "Could not complete your request because it is not a valid Photoshop document".I do not understand either of these messages.  How do I open these.  They are saved as .psd, jpg.psd, or raw.psd.I cannot add any of them below as they exceed the maximum size.

Will Photoshop Elements 2022 run on MacBook Pro using M1 chip and MAC OS 12.3.1? 

Hi there,I am using Photoshop Elements 2020.I took pictures wirh my Canaon 80D and my files have the format 6000 x 4000, i have tried to download them all from the SD card in Elements but when i open the files in Elements they are showed in a square format 4000 x 4000. Anybody there who kows how i can rectify this? If i put the card back in the camera i see the complete original version (6000 x 4000) but now also with the kader of 4000 x 4000. Kind regards Peter
