I currently have PSE 2020 which cannot deal with NEF files from my Z9. I did try with PSE 2022 but that didn't work either. Is there a date by when the Nikon Z9 will be supported and will I have to upgrade to PSE 2022?TIA John

Does anyone know how or if it is possible to get element 11 to accept NEF files in windows 11 64 bit? 

Hello - I am trying to stitch two (or more) photos together using Photoshop Elements 13.  I have tried everything that the user guide indicated but nothing is working.   Can someone please let me know if this is possible, or if I need to upgrade to a newer version to easily accomplish this? Thank you

I have hundreds of vintage photos scanned from an Epson scanner that I need to add a caption under the photo that would include the date, people in the photo, event etc.  I want to the caption/text to be under the photo not appear as text on the photo.  I thought there was a "caption" option that I could click which would be simple.  I am not an experienced user and just purchased PSE 2021 and I am very frustrated.  I just can not figure it out.

I have created several albums by sharing my photos on Flickr but in this case I would like to share an album on google photos - is that possible without duplicating my photos?

J'ai mis le serial correct et il m'a été répondui que j'avais sûrement une version pitarée, ce qui est impossible car j'ai la preuve d'achat , le numéro de commande et le code reçu sur un courrier que je peux renvoyer au format word pour prouver ma bonne foi. in PE 2021 in GUIDED/B&W COLOR POP"Click anyof the color presets below.."  this works fine but"Select Custom Color" when click the button nothing happens, no color choices used this this past week. any ideas ?  thanks

can I buy an adobe photoshop stand-alone version? I need photoshop 2022, not photoshop elements.is photoshop available to buy one-time payments without the cloud?

I am using Photoshop Elements 2021 with Windows 11.  Try as I might I can't find access to shape tools such as Ellipse, Rectangle. NB the Edit heading in the top bar menu does not include iiem for Tools and only limited selection shown in toolbar doan left of screen. I've re-installing but made no difference.  Help plese

Hello,I have the most recent version of Elements. It works fine with my HP Spectre's mousepad, my usb mouse, and my finger on the touchscreen; the only issue is with using the stylus. Before the most recent update, trying to use my HP Spectre's stylus in the program would make it crash. Post-update it no longer crashes, but most of the program will not respond to the stylus. I can click on the menus at the top (File, Edit, etc) and select options in them without issue. I can also use the scroll bars. I cannot click on anything in the tool bar, click on the canvas, or select any layers; the program doesn't register me clicking on it at all. When I hold the stylus near the screen, I can see the mouse icon (arrow, fill bucket, or what have you) flickering. Is there a fix for this? If not, can this please get fixed in the next update? The whole reason I bought a 2-in-1 laptop like this was to use the stylus to draw, so it's disappointing that I'm having so much trouble. Thanks.

I am advised to reinstall PE due to a corrupt file. I downloaded originally, so have no physical disc. How could I reinstall? Thanks for your advice. John

unbekannter Grund wieso ich plötzlich nicht mehr die einfachste Sache in Adobe Elements 2021 machen kann: FOTOS LÖSCHEN (Foto aus Katalog löschen). 1 oder 2 Fotos kann ich löschen. Ab 3 Fotos stürzt jeweils Adobe Elements Organizer ab (ich habe einen neuen hp Rechner und die Fotos sind auf einer externen 2TB SSD). Bis dato hatte ich dieses Problem NIE. Weiss jemand eine Lösung, danke?!

Hello, I have just downloaded and installed Elements 2022, along with Elements 2022 Organizer. A little bit prematurely, I imported a lot (multiple dozen) of folders into it. I now realise that I had intended to import folders and their images from a different disc.  I couldn't see a method of undoing my import, or a means of selecting multiple folder for deletion, so now I am stuck with many items that I hadn't fully prepared to import. Is there any way to 'start again', as I don't really want to individually remove all the folders I don't want? As I did my imports only yesterday, is it better to delete the entire application? I would appreciate anyone's feedback, thanks!

Hi,   I've downloaded Photoshop Elements 13 on my MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2011) OS 10.11.6 I'm trying to validate the serial number, but it says, "Please connect to the internet and retry". But I am connected to the internet. I've tried everything related to this on the internet, and had two loooooooong chats with customer support and they couldn't figure it out. I've cleared my cache/cookies, tried different internet connections, and tried everything related to this that is cuerrently on the internet. On this page, [Link removed by moderator ]it says there is a way to get an access code to connect offline. I believe this would give me access, but it says,  Follow the installation or product launch screens until you see a link that says "I cannot connect to the internet" or "Having trouble connecting to the internet". I downloaded Photoshop Elements this afternoon, and am trying to use it on a 2021 Macbook Pro which I purchased a couple of weeks ago. It isn't working. I can open files and view them and change the mode from RGB to bitmap and greyscale, but that's about it. All features other than the 'select' tools are greyed out. Suggestions are welcome.

Hi, I have been using Photoshop Elements for some time without any problems. Recently I am experiencing problems with printing my projects. The print settings box is taking around 40 seconds to load and any changes to printer settings are taking an equal length of time to respond. I can see from earlier posts on the forum that this issue has been highlighted before and I have tried all the suggestions put forward to no avail. My PC is running Windows 10 x 64 and I am using a Canon all in one MG 3650 printer. I have tried setting up and printing projects using an old version of Photoshop Elements 2012 and this seems to be OK. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a strange problem with rotating a layer, though I've rotated objects many times before without an issue.  The layer that I'm rotating appears below, first in its original fully circular form and second in the shape it takes AFTER I rotate it.  As you'll notice the second shape is no longer completely circular as the original shape was. This distortion happens after rotating the image, whether I use a drop down menu and enter an amount for rotation or if I manually rotate the image.  I've tried rotating with the mouse, rotating while holding "ctrl," rotating while holding down "shift," etc. and the image always distorts when I rotate it. My question: Why can't I rotate the original image you see below without the image's circle shape becoming diestorted? 

All my albums disappeared on me. Why?

Does PSE 2022 allow you to take ascanned image with multiple photos and seperate them into individual photos? I swear I've done this with an earlier version, but cannot seem to find a menu item for this. I've got tons of old family photoes to scan and this would save a lot of time. Thanks

Dear All, I recently changed my phone ad have now a Samsung S20. I played around with 108 megapixel photo and I am quite happy with the results. However, while the files are imported correctly into Elements organizer there is no thumbnail for them and I suspect they are also not analyzed. Did anyone have a similar problem with high megapixel files ? How to solve this issue ? Any suggestion welcome ....

Photo in Lightroom will not transefer to PSE 2022 after Selecting "Edit in PSE".  PSE opens but no file is displayed.  Returning to Lighrroom and there is a msg. that Lightroom can not open PSE (although it had opened PSE).  Clearing the msg. (click on open space) and another similar error msg. apperars.  Clearing that msg. and sometimes PSE 2022 will open with the photo displayed.I suspect the problem is with PSE 2022 opening screen.  It does not open in the Editor.  One has to select Editor among the options on the PSE opening display.   This is a major problem for me.  I have been using PSE 15 and the photos transfer from Lightroom w/o any problems  Is there anyway to bypass the opening screen and open PSE 2022 in the Editor or is there some other way to correct this bug?.   P.S. Is there a Knowledge Base for PSE?  I have been unable to find one.
