Hello, I work on an old .psd image created years ago, and using a text line with Bahnschrift Condensed font, and I can't see this font in the list in PhotoShop Element 2020. This free to use font is provided in Windows 10.I tried to reinstall the whole font family, but still not visible in PSE20. This font is visible (and usable) in ALL other applications on my PC. Just PSE20 app can't show/use it. I just can see the Bahnschrift Regular, with no option to use Condensed or other styles (semicondensed, light, semibold...) PSE Fonts list : List of installed Bahnschrift fonts family on my PC : Whole Bahnschrift font family visible in OpenOfficeOrg for example : Any idea ?

With the latest build of PSE 2021, the process to open the Editor is too long. First, you have to click on PSE 2021 which opens the Home screen with various creative options and a list of recent files. From that screen, you can choose the Organizer, the Photo Editor, or the Video Editor. Nearly always, I will want to load the Editor, so it takes another click to select it and a LONG wait for the Editor to open. I'd like to be able to directly open the Editor workspace and bypass the home screen. Is this possible? I liked the earlier versions with the Organizer and the Editor shown with separate icons you could choose.

Is it possible to make a partial selection for export? The grey slider at the top only changes timeline render for me. thx

I am having a heck of a time importing photos from my iphone to my Elements 2020.  It doesn't show all photos, it shows photos that have already been imported.  I just want a nice way to import my iphone photos into Elements to organize them all.  If there is a better way, please let me know as I'm super frustrated.  I even have a new Dell laptop and this is still happening. I end up spending HOURS and HOURS fixing it.

Good Evening All, I am using PSE 2021, and am in the process of adding tags to my photos and videos (about 95,000 total). This is going to takes several days.  If my understanding is the correct, tags which are added in the Organizer only appear in the context of the Organizer, and do not stay in the metadata for the photo or video when it is viewed using another program, such as in Windows. Assuming that this is the case, I would like to use the 'Save Metadata to File' feature in PSE2021 to save the data permanently in the tagged photos and videos.  My questions related to this are: 1. Should I save metadata to files  in batches as I go along, rather than wait until I finish tagging all 95,000 of the photos and videos? I an concerned that if I wait, and my Catalog gets corrupted before the metadata is saved, then I will lose eveything that I have done. It takes quite a long time to tag everything, even with the face recognition feature.  2. If I

Good Afternoon, I have been selecting folders one by one to select all photos in them at one time and then tagging all of the photos with the same year. Since I have a lot of folders, is there some way to select multiple folders which contain photos from the same year, e.g., 2006, and then tag them all at the same time? I have tried clicking more than one folder while pressing either the Shift, Alt, or Ctrl keys, but I am still only able to select one folder at a time. Thanks. Jon

A couple of weeks or so ago, I was able to use Photoshop Elements 2020 just fine. More recently, though, I've tried to load the app from the startup window, only to see the "Loading Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor Workspace..." pop-up for about a minute and then show no sign of starting. Premiere, on the other hand, is working without any problems. Does anyone know of another case like this and how I might be able to fix it? Thanks.

Would like to license some stock vector images for a project in Word. The source offers the vector images as EPS and SVG files only. I recently upgraded from Photoshop Elements 2018 to the 2019 version.  In the 2018 version under general preferences you had the option to skip the home screen and go directly to the Organizer.  I cannot find how to do this in the 2019 version.  Going to the home screen is a waste of time and I would like to be able to go directly to the Organizer like I could in the 2018 version.Thanks,Greg

I really dislike PSE 21, but my old versions 15 and 11 (which I loved) would not work on my new computer, so I was forced to upgrade. Every single time an update comes out, it deletes ALL of the styles I've loaded into PSE - HUNDREDS of them. I have to manually reinstall every one of them. I didn't want to do the last update for fear of what it was going to mess up this time - and sure enough, it deleted all of the styles again. I only did the update because I was tired of it popping up every single time I loaded PSE. Is there a way to stop the updates from popping up constantly asking me to install?

I have just installed Photoshop Elements 2021 on my newly purchased Mac Mini running Big Sur. The Editor works OK, but the Organizer is very slow. It is impossible to scroll through the gallery of thumbnails. Opening and closing thumbnails by double clicking takes 3 to 6 seconds in each case. I have been using Photoshop Elements very happily with older versions for very many years now, and I am puzzled and disappointed to find that this up-to-date software on an up-to-date computer is simply not fit for puurpose. Mac Mini (M1, 2020); macOS Big Sur 11.5.2; 8GB RAMAdobe Photoshop Elements 2021, Version 19.0

I'm running on a new Dell XPS 17 running Windows 10. Everything is up to date. Elements Photoshop and Premier seem to work fine.  When I bring up Organizer, it comes up and progressively uses more and more of my laptop's CPU and memory, locks up, and eventually crashes. I tried to turn off the facial recognition function, but it comes up enabled every time.

Tje Lower portion of print menu is hidden i photoshop elements 2021.  How can I access the image position selection?  Or how do I view  the entire menu element?Print image shows full image but I can Not access on screen.

Hi,I'm trying to load Photoshop Elements 2020 on a windows 10 PC, but all I manage to get is the message "Loading Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor Workspace" then nothing. It doesnt even appear in task manager. I have tried uninstalling it on numerouse occasions to no avail.Any help getting this to run would be much appriciated.Thanks

Hello, hope someone might be able to help.I have just installed Photoshop Elements 14 on my PC. When I try to use it I get the message displayed that says the serial number is already in use by the maximum number of computers. However, when I check in my account for which devices are activated, none are listed and the message "You have no activated devices" is displayed. This is what I would expect as the software is not installed on any other computer. I have searched for how to fix this, but without success. Has anybody else encountered this situation? Were you able to fix it? Many thanks.

Hi,     I'm running Photoshop Elements 8 on Windows 10 (64 bit, 8 gigabytes of RAM).     I'm trying to make a slide show for Youtube;  it's about an old math puzzle called "How old is Ann?"     Some of the slides don't show up on the storyboard at the bottom of the screen..  They appear blue, which is the background color I selected.  I managed to work around the problem for a while since the slides do show up on the center screen when I click on the Play button.     Today, I tried to output a wmv file of the entire slide show.  The "movie file" that this produced seemed ok for a while -- until it got to the problem slides -- they did not show up, or rather, they appeared as blue screens.     I tried inputting the slides as jpg files and as png files (and, if I remember correctly, a couple other file types, too).  Nothing worked.  I worked on the slides in the Photoshop Elements Edi

I've been using PSE 13 for a few years now, last week the eraser stopped working when I'm erasing in a mask layer. The eraser works OK in a picture, or in a layer, but the moment I try to erase in a layer mask, it just doesn't work any more.I didn't change settings..... Tried restore tool settings, tried a new install of PSE 13, nothing helped!What can possibly be wrong in the program settings related to the layer mask that prefends the eraser from working??Thanks for any help

I have just installed a trial of Photoshop Elements. The UI font is very, very small, making the software unusable. I have searched online for a solution and found none. I have had this computer for over 2 years and never had this problem with any other software. I tried to contact Adobe for support, but they don't even want to allow me to ask a question until I've spent $$ purchasing software.

Every single time I run PSE 13 I am told an update is available and I can run the update now or on exit.  I run the update and I am told it was successful.  The next time I launch PSE 13 I get the same message!  I have to apply the same update EVERY time I open the program!  I searched the Adobe Support Communiyty and was told to run a fix to the Application manager.  However when I clicked on the link I got an error.  Is this Adobe's way of forcimg me to upgrade???

I am very new to photoshop, bought photoshop elements 2021 a few months ago. The other day I loaded it and it said there was an update, so I updated it. Now my problem is when I first started using it, when I clicked on photo editor I could click guided (I think, or quick) and it would take me to a different page to show tons of fun things I could do. I could click on whichever one and it would take me to it. However since the update none of that is there and I can't find where to really do anything. When I click on crate not many options are there and nothing loads right if I do click on it.Please help me figure this out, thanks

Adobe says I can download vElements 2021 to upgrade v2020 for $59.99.I can buy a brand new disc of Elements 2021 in the same Adobe box on Amazon for the same price (with free shipping).It doesn't seem right that a loyal customer can get an upgrade for the same price anyone could buy new.Am I looking a gift horse in the mouth?Planckster

I have had Elements 12 installed for years.  Suddenly, when I try to start it up, it tells me that I have a trial version, and wants me to pay for it.

Opened PS Elements 2021 (still claimng to be version 19) to see a notice of an available update (2021.3). According to the app, I have version "20210304.m.156367".
