HiWhen using refine tool in elements 2021, after making my alterations, I select new adjudtment layer with mask then ok but a new layer doesn't appear in my work space. I'd like someone to advise on how to overcome this problem.

When out and about I don't always have a 'proper'camera with me so knock off quick shote on my iPhone or mini iPad.  Suddenty lately my PSE won't upload from either.  I have changed cables just in case, but no joy. I am on PSE 2019.and have never had problems with this previously (several years).  Anyone else had this or better still,anyone got any solutions?  TIA 

I have Photoshop Elements v11 (32bit) and wish to upgrade to 2021.2 Is this possible and how??

Hi all, I have a customer who wants to clear cut products and consistently size them on a standard-coloured background as product images on their website. We use Photoshop CC and this would be perfect to do this in, but not sure they want to spend the money on full suite – can they do this in Elements? They're on PC by the way...

I am using PSE 2020 in Windows 10. I just imported a few JPG images into my Organizer. One of them displays a thumbnail with the "broken" icon. I can right-click the thumbnail and Open it in the Editor and edit it. But when I save the edit it still shows the "broken" thumbnail in the Organizer. I've tried using the Update Thumbnail function but it does nothing. The attached screenclip shows the original and two edits of this photo.         How can I fix this? 

Hi,My deceased daughter painted several pieces on canvas (11x14). When I tried to photo to create copies for our family the image displays the canvas where the paint is light. See attached. Is there an easy process to replace or blend the dots with the surounding colors using Adobe Element 14? Note: I am not a full time user of Element. Thanks

When I try to work in Guided Mode the toolbars have disappeared- this is Photoshop Elements 20. How can I restore the toolbars??? I work in a 2018 Imac.  Mary Lou

After a Windows 10 recovery I had to reinstall Photoshop Elements 13.Since then the camera profiles: monochrome yellow, monochrome orange, monochrome red, monochrome green are missing in the Camera Raw dialog box. I am 100% positive Camera Raw did support these files for my Camera before I reinstalled Photoshop Elements 13. All updates have been performed, it is running the Adobe Photoshop Camera Raw plug-in version 9.0.0.414.I wonder what is causing the issue and how can it be fixed. Thanks in advance,Tinzi

I have all my photos tagged with people and places but when I seclect a particular person or place the tagged photos show up but a bunch of photos that don't have the selected tag also show up. The wanted photos all have a circle with a diagnot line in it in the upper left corner of the photo. What is going on? Any advice would be appreciated. thanks

I've been using both element 13 and 14 for years, but  just today I tried to use the lasso tool as i have many times and it will not work. Instead I get a warning msg "Warning no pixels are more than 50% selected. The selection edges will not be visible...Do you guys have any idea how to fix this issue...???? pls help as I have a backlog of customer pictures to enhance...thks,, Gary

Hallo,vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen. Jedes mal, wenn ich eine Anwendung aus Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 öffne, bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung "CRLogTransport.exe - Anwendungsfehler".Mehrfache Neuinstalation hat nichts gebracht. Die Version 14 hat das Problem nicht.wäre wirklich Dankbar für eure Hilfe.Gruß Christian

I have an old version of Photoshop elements - time to replace it.I wish to install on two machines - each machine runs windows pro and has the same two accounts for two users.I intend to use an admin account to install - and expect both 'normal' users to be able to access PSE. Heaviest usage would be UserA on PC_A and UserB on PC_B. It this possible - i.e. can it be installed by one user and operated by another?

I unintentionally selected a photo for an event in organizer-want to change that. How?

My problem is that PSE19 will only open after a Windows 10 restart. After PSE has been closed, it will not then reopen. The blue circle shows for one second - and then nothing happens. A Windows restart seems to be the only option to get back into PSE19. Suggestions will be very welcome.

Hallo Zusammen!Ich habe leider Probleme mit der Kompabilität von Photoshop Elements 14 und meinem Lenovo Active Pen 2. Vielleicht kann mir jemand aus der Community dabei helfen? Kurz zur Hardware: Ich nutze ein neues Lenovo Yoga 730 in 15,6" und dazu den entsprechenden Active Pen 2, dessen Treiber meiner Meinung nach auch auf dem neuesten Stand sind. In allen Programmen (Paint, alle möglichen Anwendungen und Apps wie OneNote, …) funktioniert der Stift einwandfrei, nur in Photoshop Elements 14 macht er Probleme. Es ist möglich, Funktionen wie den Pinsel u.ä. mit dem Stift auszuwählen, Regler verschieben und die gesamte Stifteingabe (Linien ziehen etc.) funktioniert jedoch gänzlich nicht. Hat oder hatte jemand ein ähnliches Problem und kann mir behilflich sein?Liebe Grüße, Muriel

HiPlease forgive my ignorance but I am a real newbie.I have just imported a photo from my desktop which has loaded but I cannort view the picture, all I get is a grey square with an envelope inside. I also got this for several pictires I imported from Picasa.I am assuming the pictures are not in the right format for Elements but is there any way to convert them?  

I've downloaded PS Elements 2021 and the program is working BUT it will not allow me to see a photo in full screen.  And, I've double checked and I have the photo selected in the organizer but when I try to open to full sceen, I get a different photo from my files.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

The installation of photoshop elements 2021 on my Imac Pro 2020 doesn't seem to stay. The installation seems to go well. I enter my key no problem. I then run the update, no problem. The program runs and I can use it no problems.I quit photo element, no problems. When I try to use it again, the Icon in the Application folder is grey out. When I double click on it the photoshop elements 2021 icon shows up in photoshop elements 2021 folder. I double click that icon and finder opens a folder with the install app on it and three other folders. (see att.)I de-installed and reinstalled a bunch of time with the same result.Can anyone help?
