Photoshop SE 12 and Lenovo Yoga 720 didn't work properly

Hey Photoshop-Cummunity,

I buyed me a Lenovo Yoga 720 with an Active Pen which was included. Everting works fine, in OneNote i can write normally, the pen works fine

But I have a Problems in my Photoshop Elements 12. I made an update of PSE and installed the driver ( Active Pen Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) - Yoga 720-13IKB (Type 80X6) ), but nothing worked.

So the problem is:
When moving the pen over the drawing Area, i can scroll, even the bruch is selected. I can make a dot, if i "klick" on the drawing area but i can't make a coherently line. Same with all other tools.

Is PSE12 too old to work with the Lenovo or did i missed something in the settings?

I calibrated the pen and restarted my Lenovo but nothing helped.
