PS elements 15 thinks I am at end of trial period. but I own the software.
Hi I just want to email someone in adobe customer care but cant seem to see this option and have ended up here. Sorry if this is wrong place but if someone can redirect me that would be appreciated. I am not very used to navigating this sort of thing.
I bought Photoshop Elements 15 in February 2017 via PC world. It has been working fine - used daily or every few days without problem. then out of the blue this evening I get the message (pasted as a picture below) that the trial period has ended- but I have bought the software a year and a half ago! . I have rebooted the computer but continue to get this message when I try to open a jpg file with PS elements 15. Very frustrating indeed. I'd like to email customer care but cant see how to.
