Trial download of PE15 doesn't open

Hi all,

Any of you experts know whats wrong if the Photoshop Elements 15 program won't open? I just downloaded a tral version from Adobes website to check the program out. But when I click on the PE icon nothing happens. I got to the first box stating whether I wanted to go through to editor or organize but nothing happened when I clicked either on one or the other. I tried clicking in a box that would make sure that the program whould always open in editor mode but now nothing happens - not even the initial box opens... Have I done anything wrong or should I reinstall the hole thing (and is this at all possible when it is a trial version)

    What computer system and operating system are you using? If windows try launching from the executable (.exe) file. Go to:

    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 15

    Inside the Photoshop Elements 15 folder scroll down to the files beginning with P and find the application: PhotoshopElementsEditor

    Right-click on PhotoshopElementsEditor and choose Run as administrator.
