我打开Photoshop Express  APP后，就一直在转动，没有响应，按不了其他功能，使用不了。请尽快解决。手机系统内是ios 17.4.1

Seit ein paar Tagen werden Bilder, die ich in Photoshop bearbeitet habe, unscharf in meine Galerie gespeichert! Also das Original war scharf, dann habe ich nur als Beispiel, ein kleines Objekt aus dem originalen Bild entfernt und habe es dann wieder in meine Bildergalerie abgespeichert. Und alle diese Bilder sind eben jetzt total unscharf, gegenüber dem scharfen Originalbild.Adobe PS Express: Version 24.11.1Mein System: iPad Pro 12,9" M1 256GB, iPadOS: 17.4.1Was kann das sein...wer hat das Problem noch?Joe Edit: In den Einstellungen von Photoshop habe ich nichts verändert. und die wurden auch durch die letzten Updates nicht  verändert!Edith 2: Jetzt beim hochladen der zwei Vorher-/Nacherbilder hab ich bemerkt , dass Photoshop die Bildgröße extrem verkleinert abspeichert. Von 1294 KB auf 62 KB. Wie geschrieben, habe ich an den Einstellungen nichts verändert. Ein Screenshot meiner Einstellungen poste ich auch mal

Hello in the PS express app i was wondering if I can disable the after you save a photo you edited there is a pop up that asks would to like to apply this to another photo.... make it go away please!!!! Help 

Hello, Can anyone help me to confirm whether is possible to add a border to a photo without cropping it? It is quite a simple feature on VSCO where you decide the size of the border and the app would adjust the photo (modify its size). But even if trying on PS Express, I cannot see a way to expand canvas to add the border afterwards This is PS Express for my iPhone on the latest iOS to date.  Thank you

Me gustaría que volviera la opción de guardar los cambios en la imagen original, sin tener que se duplique la foto como ahorita o manejar como proyecto. Pero todas las opciones son muy buenas, buena App.

There's been a problem after the latest version 24.11.1. I upload size at 4000x2666px and have it saved as such, but on the last date even tho 4000x2666px is selected it saves at 12000x8000px with a whopping 96MP. I use the app primarily for the watermark. Anyone have this same issue?

Bom dia!Fui cobrada antes do término do teste grátis. Cancelei no mesmo dia porque sei que, mesmo cancelando o período, ele só para de funcionar após os sete dias. Porém, fui cobrada e já veio na fatura. O problema é que, mesmo com a cobrança, nenhuma função do premium foi liberada. Já que já está pago e aconteceu esse erro e paguei por um ano, gostaria que fossem liberadas as funções. Obrigada.  

Is it possible to combine/layer styles on the same photo?

A photo I just edited using PS Express on my iPhone and saved is no where to found. It has disappeared from my iPhone photos too. I edited another photo right after and that one is there. i have been using this app for years this has never happened before. 

I was just going to ask if I share the app to get premium features that don't give people access to my photos does it?

Photoshop Express's temperature and tint adjustment turns the entire image green or blue depending on your slide direction. Even the slightest adjustments will do this. I tried clearing the cache, uninstalling, and reinstalling, along with other quick fixes.

Anyone else having issues with saving a image and the image saved to your library is black?

Hi! I have used your excellent program Photoshop Express for several years in my same iPhone 12 Pro. But the program now hangs directly when it starts. It's a blue spinning wheel in the middle of the screen, and I can't do anything. The fault has been there for the last few months and I have updated to the latest versions continually, but the problem is still there.  I have also update iOS with every new release. I have furthermore deleted the app and reinstalled it, with a reboot of my phone betweeen. Any suggestion how to get it to work again?

Hi y'all.  I have tried the https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-express/get-started-ios.html but the lens correction option does not come up all is see is LIGHT, COLOUR, EFFECTS, DETAILS, SPLIT TONE and BLUR.  Is lens correction even available in PE for Win 10?

Photoshop Express for Android doesnt have selecf Sky. Is it missing, or not availabld for Android?

I'm allegedly supposed to be able to do it by selecting the other layer, but nothing happens. I want to reorder the layers. Ha ba wha?

Please forgive me for my not perfect english, as I am brazilian. I have 3 old Ipads, but only one is Pro, where I do all my creative work. It is running Ipad OS 16.7.5, the latest supported as it is from 2012. Since few days, possibly since the latest update of Ps Express (I have now 24.7.1 running) what seems to be the communication betwen PS Express and the app Photos is having trouble and the steps I took to put border, border colour, edge, edge colour on my creative photos is impossible to make. as I did before. On our other Ipads, running Ipad OS 12 and 14, all is working fine as always. First sign of trouble is that when I click on BORDERS, the pic I'm working on does not appear straight away on all the borders options, but a girl with hair to both sides (default pic I guess).I have fiber Wifi so no issue with Internet quality either. When I finally manage to chose the border (I always use round cut, BA5?), the squares (before used to be circles) with the colours for the border d

I did not see any such features in Photoshop Express on Android.

I have my cutout on the image. I want to make it smaller and move the bird next to the lady. I feel like I should be able to manipulate it from here, but the bird won't respond to my touch 😿 any thoughts? 

Hello! I really don't know if I'm too stupid or something, but I tried my best to turn off that I can draw with my finger, it still does! (Got an IPad gen 9) I have a pen and I turned off anything I could that has to do with drawing with your finger on any app, but it wouldn't work on photoshop! Everytime I touch the screen with my finger, it draws! My last IPad didn't do that. Am I stupid, or did I do something wrong? I'd really love some help... .—. (English isn't my first language so please don't judge my phrasing...)

I reloaded it and still have the circle thingy going around around and around please tell me what else to do

I've tried: - email login - login through google - login through apple ID - resetting password - ending all active sessions through account screen - uninstalling/reinstalling iOS app   I can sign in with any of the above methods in my web browser, but no matter what I try I get the error "An error occurred while logging in.  Please try again after some time" (see attachment)   Today is my second round of attempts, I first tried several days ago.  I thnk that counts as "some time"   Close to giving up trying to give my money to Adobe.  Very frustrating and unhelpful error message.
