I need a way to pause/switch off mandatory syncing to cloud in PS Express.  PS Express on iPhone syncs all my edited work to creative cloud. This is bad. I mostly use PS Express on iPhone for editing personal, private images. Unfortunately, all these images get uploaded to creative cloud and mixed with my work stuff. I don't want my personal images to show up in every cloud app that I use for work. There seems to be no way, currently, to pause/switch this off (it is possible on desktop, however, so why is it missing on mobile?). AdobeSupport Chat suggested to sign out of the app. But then I can't use the extra editing features that I pay for. This can't be the solution and it's not even a work-around... Please add a way to pause/disable mandatory syncing to Creative Cloud to PS Express on iPhone, too. 

when i try to open photoshop, nothing happens. like no loading symbols or anything, almost like the button doesn't have a link in it or something. i just updated to windows 11. i tried opening the app from a few different places. also, illustrator opens with no problems, so that's odd.... also! when i tried to uninstall photoshop it told me that i can't uninstall a program while it's open .....................{Moved to correct board by Moderator}

When I use the text feature, it will not allow me to format it to one line of text. If I select the text box, it brings up transform, which only changes the size (or skews/distorts it). I want all words on one line. It's not a space issue, because I can transform the text box to a tiny size. When I write just two words it does multiple lines. When I write a short sentence, it will divide the words up on different lines with no rhyme or reason. I don't want to use the premade text styles. I've searched online for an answer and it seems a lot of other people have the same problem with no solution. I'm not asking for fancy text edits; I just want to do basic text formatting! 

I use Photoshop Express for Windows, and ever since this new version launched, it slows down my computer a lot. And what happened to the old tool for fixing blemishes? I can't remember what exactly it was called, I think it was the clone or heal tool. The fancy AI tool for removing objects is unnesscary for most things I need to fix, and as someone on a super tight budget I can't afford to pay for credits. A lot of my photos have little spots here and there that need removing, and the old tool worked just fine for that purpose. Also AI isn't really that smart. I tested it earlier and ran out of monthly credits before it really gave me a completely satisfying result. It also crashed the app at one point and caused one of those credits to be wasted. Doesn't seem like it's worth paying for anyway.

Is there any way in the Adobe Photoshop Express app on a phone to copy the editing settings from one photo to another?

Why did you make the Photoshop Fix app inaccessible? It's much more user-friendly than Photoshop Express. Please make it accessible again. I don't even need updates, I just want to be able to use the app.

I downloaded some new lenses to use for projects and now my app crashes anytime I try to load lenses up.

I downloaded an image and saved as a PNG. I used it several times. Today when I tried to use it, it was a jpeg!  If I try to remove the background (it's a collie) even though the image is completely outlined with a black line, it removes parts of legs and the ruff(chest area) so it's unusable. Hello,I work with an IPad Pro with IPadOS 16.7.10The Photoshop Express app is the latest version.I have a premium membership.The new lettertypes don't download, the circles stay turning and turning. See screenshot.Can anyone please help me with this problem? Thank you in advance. Lilian, from The Netherlands. 

I often use the Auto Enhancement as a starting point in Photoshop Express but, with the update that just came through, it overbrightens every photo. It's not just exposure; it over-whitens. There may have been things that needed changed, but I really prefer the previous results to the update. And now there are additional steps to work on the next image. I always save the changes but it now always has a pop up warning about discarding changes, and there's another additional step to go back to the photo folder. Don't get me wrong, I very much appreciate that it's a free product, but is there any way to fix the "improvements"? 

I don't mind tinkering, but a complete overall is a punch in the gut. I can't tell you how long I used the old version 5-8 years maybe.I liked it, never had a reason to download or buy another.I could edit a photo to my liking in under a minute. I could do whole shoots (1000k or more pics in an hour)This version takes up too much space and my computer is sluggish at best when trying to use it.After I edit a picture, I have to shut down the application, because it doesn't recognise the image.So I load a photo, make painful edits that is hard to see on a white screen, save the picture, go back and pull up the next one, get the error, I have to discard multiple times and then shut down AE.This takes 10 minutes.Really if I wanted to learn a new app, I would have bought one Is there anyway of getting last niights version reloaded?This is unusable. Robert Jordan

Since the last update the selector tool that allows to edit background and object separately is gone. It's the only reason I pay for this app. What happened to it? This is on Android, anyone knows what happened or what in missing? TIA!

I have a question for the group. When I use photoshop express on my iPhone, if I am editing and saving a photo, it used to automatically take me to the general area where my photo was located so I could then choose the next photo in line to edit. Now, it just shows me my most recent photo (the one I edited) and then I have to scroll down to where I chose my last photo to edit.Is there a setting or something I should do so it will automatically scroll down to where to where I chose my last photo?

Hello - my PS Express app is suddenly showing empty folders in the Google photos option. I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything more than once. They will show up for a moment after giving permissions and then disappear after it asks to used Google to sign in. Then, the pictures will disappear and the empty folder just flutters on the screen. Please help. 

App getting crashed when using lens feature in iphone, how to resolve?

I know this has been brought up time and time again... So, I guess this is nothing new, but I am hoping Adobe might have some timeframe on if they are ever going to do this? If not, does anyone have any suggestions of apps that have easy editing features like Photoshop Express that will operate on a MacBook (since Adobe don't seem to be interested in making this available) Thanks

Bueno, si no lo he entendido mal están si estamos utilizando versiones anteriores debemos ACTUALIZAR y migrar los archivos. PERO QUÉ PASA SI NO DEJA ACTUALIZAR COMO ES MI CASO?. Cómo verá no me deja actualizar. Me indica error 501. Pero este tema ya lo he comentado y probado con otro compañero, creo de Adobe, y no hay manera de actualizar. Entonces entiendo que la aplicación de la Web de Adobe Express también está afectada con esas ACTUALIZACIONES QUE ADOBE ESTÁ REALIZANDO?. Yo no lo consigo. Gracias. No puedo migrar, en el caso de que lo necesite (porque yo uso la versión online de Adobe Express gratuita) porque no me deja actualizar. Gracias.

I was trying to fix my PS Express app due to a bug. So I deleted and reinstalled to find out it's not available in USA. I saw the new photoshop app which I downloaded, but it has my account but it says I'm not a premium account even though I had PSExpress monthly charge. They already charged me for this month.none of my files are on the new app and I got charged for this PS Express for this month. I need an answer here.

Hey since a few months i am experiencing this issue.Photos edited with photoshop express on a pc after saving do not open up instead it shows that file is corrupted or not supported.Surprisingly these edited pictures are not seen in any of the presentations on ppt as well it shows a box with a cross.Although the same edited jpeg file opens up when opened using adobe photoshop express or when transferred to a phone.

För att ta bort det så vill man att man ska uppgradera till Premium... Ska sägas att jag inte är ngn stjärna på detta, men finns det ngt annat sätt, eller måste jag spara och sedan städa bort den? Tacksam för input i ämnet

Très frustrant car très limité en terme de personnalisation... On ne peut pas ajouter nos propres thèmes et nos propres incrustations. On ne peut pas non plus masquer les filtres, thèmes et incrustations dont on a pas besoin. Bref il y a encore beaucoup d'amélioration à faire pour une app proposé par Adobe.

Hello, just sharing a fix that I discovered. It appears to be a bug in how the app handles the tablet view. I noticed that when I went into my system settings and set my screen zoom as high as it would go, then closed and reopened Photoshop Express, the full front screen is back! I don't think Express updates to the premium version on the full tablet view, only in a "mobile" view which activates when the screen zoom is maxed out. This also brings back the premium features like selective editing and AI tools. Hopefully now that this is identified, the unzoomed UI can be fixed.  Good luck!
