Hi,   this is of interest to me. New user, recent purchase. Making a slideshow of photos, with music. I’ve just installed a new drivers for my Nvidia 1060: Version:471.68Release Date:2021.8.10Operating System:Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11 and APE2021 doesn’t see NVidia GPU. Instead it switched GPU acceleration to Intel 630 which is built in my processor Intel 8700k.   How can I change it back to Nvidia 1060? It was fine on older drivers What is very surprising I can’t still turn on ‘Hardware Acceleration for rendering, playback and export’ as APE says that appropriate hardware was not detected 😊 It is complete mess.

when i attempt to import a video file from either Mac Phots or Adobe elements organizer only 5 seconds of the video is imported.  What am i doing wrong.

I just installed Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 (19.0). The launch of the program still hangs with PlayerMediaCore.prm. I followed the instructions from previvoius threads such as adding/changing line item to DS.ForceCPUOnly true false in Debug Database. Premiere Element continously hangs at the same point. The program runs on Windows 10.0.19043 and Dell XPS 8700. Help would be appreciated.

Hello, I am using Premiere Elements 21 on Windows 10 Version 20H2. I can add media, but these are distorted by a green bar when playing. I can watch the same videos with VLC without any problems. Thanks for your help. 

Hi!Hard to explain but I used to be able to do this in Elements 10. Elements 2021 seems to react totally different... Here's what I want to do. I want to be able to have a bigger picture as a background - level 0 (e.g. 50.8cm x 28.58) and a pre-defined small one on top - level 1 (e.g. 1.78cm x 0.51cm) so I can adjust (move, maximise, minimise) the big one at level 0 so I get just the content from the big one inside the small one as I need it. In Elements 10 I imported the big picture to Elements, then created the small workplace with the pre-defined sizes in Elements. Then I dragged and dropped the big one onto the small one and I had the big picture as Level 0 at the back and the small one as Level 1 on top but transparent, so it showed just the piece of the big picture where the small picture was lying on. Then I could move the big one in the background around until I had just the right "cutout" inside the small picture. In Elements 2021, when I do the drag and drop of

I purchased a new computer and reinstalle Premiere Elements 13 (PE 13). Now when I open projects I previously created with PE 13 on my old computer, PE 13 on my new computer tells me that the project is not compatible with this version of PE 13. Adobe has been of no help. I don't understand why projects created under PE 13 no longer open under PE 13. A few projects do open, but the vast majority of them do not, all giving the same error they are not compatible with this version of PE 13. Am I overlooking something simple. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi all i have and use a JVC Camcorder which uses TOD file format. My question is does anyone know of any sort of a patch that can help me get files of my camcorder onto my A P E 2020. For information I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements on my Mac.   [title edited by mod]

I am a convinced user of Premiere elements (2019) but suddenly encounter the problem that mts files (AVCHD) from my Sony camcorder ( made in HD 50 p 1920 x 1080) are not shown with one audio track (as always before) but some - not all - are split into all audio lanes ( total of 6) in my completely new project. It seems not to have anything to do wit the original file since when testing the same clips they appear sometimes depicted with one audio track but sometimes with 6.I am quite desperate since I am travelling on an Iseland tour right now and don't have a clue why that happens and how to change it. Never had it before - same camera same elements version. In case anybody has some advice - I'd be so happy! I can provide screenshots if helpful. 

Hi. I'm trying to use some of the fix tools i.e. shake and picture quality on some old 8mm footage of different frame size and i'm getting the banner saying all clips must be the same size, so I'm trying to convert each individual clip to the same size 720 x 576 the project setting (DV Standard) and the output settings (AVCHD MP4 Pal DV Standard) are both the same but when the film is exported it has a frame size of 1050 x 576 which i cannot use as there's no input setting with that frame size. What am I doing wrong please?In simple terms please at 80 years old the tec is hard to follow.

I cannot deactivate old computer and it wont allow me to install on new one... helpdesk says I need to post it here because "Support is no longer available for your product version. It wont accept my serial number because it says I have already installed it on 2 computers.... when I go into my account to deactivate there is nothing there in the section to deactivate....??? 

Is there a way to apply shake reduction to multiple clips at once? I have Premiere 2018. I applied shake reduction to a video, but then added motion transitions between clips. Now, on every clip I have a purple banner across the scene that says "frame not analyzed for stabilization"; click stabilize." I can only stablilize one clip at a time, because when I select effects with multiple clips selected, the program indicates that this is not allowed.  I am doing them one at a time now, but sheesh! 

Hi All.I have two old home movie exports that I made years ago (I no longer have the original clips or projects). The two movies are digital files with m2t file extensions. They are full HD but interlaced. All my other home movies are full HD progressive MP4 files. I'd like the two m2t files to also be full HD MP4 files. Am I right in thinking they'd have to be converted to progressive files instead of interlaced if I want them to be MP4 files. I'd probably want them to be progressive files anyway. What would be the best method for conversion? Is there somehow a relatively lossless way of converting them (which I doubt). What would be the best converter? I have Premiere Elements 2021. Would using that to convert the files be a good method? If so is it just a case of creating a new project in Premiere Elements, dragging the movie onto the timeline, letting Premiere Elements automatically choose the correct project settings, then simply exporting to MP4 full HD (progressive). Or is there

Win 10 systemAdobe 2018Trouble rendering 1h 20 min of the project.In the case of several attempts to render such a long project, e.g. (MP4 and MTS input files, mp4 or m2v output), after reaching about 70%, the process seems to be stopped and the remaining rendering time does not decrease but increases. The same Project set e.g. 40 min. renders multiple times with no problem.I am asking for suggestions, help. Perhaps  Adobe Elements 2018 is not prepared for such long projects in one mp4 file?Thanks for any helpJan

Several items have blue lines on them denoting they can be downloaded after the software is intalled. free. Hello, When I try to open my recent project (Premiere elements 2018), I now get an error message, and then the program closes. It says: Premiere Elements has encountered an error.[E:\Adobe\pre\main\Libraries\DVDCreator\Src\PhotoshopImageStore.cpp-53] I have never used my E-drive, which is the DVD drive, for this project. Some other old projects still work, while some get the same error message.How can I open and continue on my recent project? Thank you very much for your help!

Hi all, posting to the Premier Elements since I was unable to locate an Organizer forum. Apologies if this is the wrong spot. I just purchased the Elements bundle to edit media I took on my vacations. I am experiencing instability with the Organizer when I try to import my media library of photos and 4K videos. At random points of the bulk import process, Organizer either crashes completely with no error message or stops responding. During the import process, I noticed that my memory utilization increases gradually to my maximum memory of 15.9 GB. It appears to be a memory leak.  I've tried the following troubleshooting steps - rebooting - reinstalling - disabling intel HD graphics - Breaking up my 185 GB folder into more digestible pieces (This somewhat worked, but it kept crashing and now I'm seeking a more appropriate resolution)Hardware:- i7-7700k- RTX 3060- G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 2x8 GB DDR4-3000 CL15 Memory- Boot drive: Samsung SSD 850 EVO- Me

I tried changing to use GPU under 'Preferences -> General' but it says that 'Detected Graphic Processor(GPU) is unsupported'Surely Adobe premiere elements workings with a GPU? When rendering my CPU goes to 100% and my GPU doesn't do anything Nvidia drivers are up to date as of today  

My project freezes evertime I watch it.  It happens at the exact same 2 spots everytime.  I've tried deleting everything from those spots in the project so it's blank...nothing is there.  It still freezes up.  I also can't export the project.  This software is esentially unuseable.  Has anyone had this happen?

The trial version of Premiere Elements worked fine but now that I have the full version the colours for the clip are all skewed once the clip is on the timeline. I have to run the autocorrect for the colours everytime to get them back to the original colour. I have updated all of my graphic drivers and have restarted the machine. I have also unistalled and re-installed the program. Any suggestions?

I like the transition where it starts with black and the horizontal top and bottom bars open to reveal the whole video, so wonder if there are any transitions pliugins for that. Also text otheriwse I will b using the sam eones again and again
