I tried changing to use GPU under 'Preferences -> General' but it says that 'Detected Graphic Processor(GPU) is unsupported'Surely Adobe premiere elements workings with a GPU? When rendering my CPU goes to 100% and my GPU doesn't do anything Nvidia drivers are up to date as of today  

My project freezes evertime I watch it.  It happens at the exact same 2 spots everytime.  I've tried deleting everything from those spots in the project so it's blank...nothing is there.  It still freezes up.  I also can't export the project.  This software is esentially unuseable.  Has anyone had this happen?

The trial version of Premiere Elements worked fine but now that I have the full version the colours for the clip are all skewed once the clip is on the timeline. I have to run the autocorrect for the colours everytime to get them back to the original colour. I have updated all of my graphic drivers and have restarted the machine. I have also unistalled and re-installed the program. Any suggestions?

I like the transition where it starts with black and the horizontal top and bottom bars open to reveal the whole video, so wonder if there are any transitions pliugins for that. Also text otheriwse I will b using the sam eones again and again

How do i know what is and isnt blue line. E.g. click on  the music tab and there is nothingEtc etc etcThanks all

hello, I have a problem with Adobe premiere elements 2020 because when I put the clip, I see black stripes. Can you please tell me how to remove them?   Henry /          

So, years ago, I saved projects in Premiere Elements 3.0 on a windows PC. I've recently installed Premiere Elements 2021 on an M1 iMac. It says the old files, which I have on an external hard drive, aren't supported by the 2021 software. Is there anything I can do to open them? Thanks in advance for any help. 

I used a previous version of Premier Elements.  Now just getting back into it with 2020 version.  Creating a DVD is more dificult than ever.  First attempt creative menu but the program will not recognize or burn to my DVD burner.  I can create a ISO version but still not able to get a functioning DVD.  IS there a work around?  I prefer the older version better but I no longer have that. Does any one else have this issue?

Hi,I am using Premiet Elements 2019. I am able to share photos and photo albums with Apple TV using ITunes Home Sharing. Can I share videos too?  How can I do this?   In ITunes when I select File > Home Sharing > Choose Photos to Share with Apple TV ... I see a selection to include videos when I select Pictures in the pull-down. See first image.  I don't have the selection when I select Photoshop Elements in the pull down. See second image. 

Hello, I've created a project using Adobe Première 13 and I'd like tho finish it in adobe 21. My computer crashed and i'can reinstall AP13. I would be very pleased to buy the version 21 but I wold like to open my older project done in AP13. Hi there,I have Adobe Premiere and Photoshop Elements 2020. I am having issues while creating Video project using Adobe PRemiere. I have seen this issue intermittently since 2019 (when I got this new version upgrade along with Photoshop), however frequency has increased and now it is almost impossible for me to edit video clip. There is no error - it just stop responding. Click on Play button nothing happens, or video is stuck on a snapshot and only audio moves, but does not let you save anything. Is this a known issue or what I can do to fix this. I've been doing this process for years/decade(?) (only 1 at least). Older version of Elements I don't want to mention. I want to see what kind of answer I getI shoot original at 1920x1080, 1440 or 1080 would be fine. Based on objects not people.....maybe a hand or 2 here and there. GIFS better answer. So much so I don't want to stop....Elements Text (my version boo!! - typos were a nightmare, even changes same). Transparent GIFS in the videos(4-5 typical):  date, time, address, very cryptic location or explanations, etc. on the review and final.  I can create a few GIFs mostly used "as is" on most files then a few specific ones as needed. A review process occurs of the 10-15 videos.....sometime endless modifications changes combining of videos. Date wrong, location wrong OR a reuse for new date and time. I love my Premiere 15, but it will not run! Reinstalled and rebooted - no change! Made updates to both Photoshop + Premiere, but to no avail! Does anyone elese have this problem?Also, does anyone have a phone number for tech support, so I can call them?Thanks!Tony

My Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 was working great until recently when it all of a sudden gives me an "Export error: Error compiling movie. Unknown Error". If I delete the audio, it works. I can edit everything fine but when I go to export, I get the error. It didn't do this before. I've tried using different video clips and audio formats but it still does it. The only audio it will actually let me export is the "built in" audio in Premiere (which is extremely limited). I have a Windows dual core i5-8500 processor with 8GB ram. Can anyone help?

buying a new computer.one option is its own standalone video card (not in the chip.)up to 12 gb is available on the chip.what does premeire elements 2021 need I selected email me when somebody replies.why dont i get email when somebody replys.with adobes money they sure could afford a better forum software!

So I have Adobe Premiere Elements 11. After downloading it and typing in the serial number, I installed everything I was supposed to do. But when I hit "New Project", it doesn't load. Organizer loads just fine. But not Premiere Elements 11. I even tried rolling back my drivers, but it wouldn't let me. It says I am updated to the best version and doesn't give me the option to go back. My computer is fairly recent too, so it should be more than powerful enough to handle this software. If someone has the answer to fix my problem, I'd be very appreciative. Thanks.

How do I change In text to Points and not PX

Sorry if I'm a noob but I have worked on this for weeks and I keep avoiding the problem.  I am editing video thats 16:9 and Premiere elements is determined to put the black bars.  There is literally no way I see to change the canvas size.  Can someone plese point me in the right direction.  I do no know why this is so difficult.  Thank you in advance.  

I downloaded Elements 2021 and Premiere Elements 2021. Elements start up great. Premiere went thru all the start up initaillizing actions but failed to open the program. No error codes. It just did not open. I even tried uninstall download and re=install. Same problem. Help please.  

Tyring to restore a Premiere Elements 2020 backup and PE asks for a destination.  I presume this is on my C: drive, but what is the folder name it should go into? 

Hello,I am filming with a Samsung Galaxy S20 in FHD 1920*1080 (30 fps) in 16/9.My files are in .mp4Some video files added to my project sometimes have green pixels at the top of the image. Do you know how to fix this problem?Thank you !

still using PE 10 just got new custom PC and while editing the video wont play i still have audio. its only when i scrub the actual clip the video plays.
