Hi! I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to set a default font on Premiere Elements 2021 because it's a pain when I have to change it every time while doing subtitles for my videos.

I have tried to use the Audio Gain adjustment tool to normalize the audio on my video.  When I try to use it I get an error message "clip gain not responding."  Does anybody know what is causing this and how to fix it?

The Shuttlexpress jog wheel has an inner dial and outer ring. Can anyone using the Shuttlexpress tell me if the outer ring can be configured to move along the timeline by sliding the horizontal scroll bar, while the inner dial / knob scrubs the timeline by moving the "playback head"?

I use Premier Elements 19 on my Windows 10. This is the first time I've created a video and read that it's best to save the video/movie as an ISO file on my hard drive. Right now, it's an MP4 file. How do I save the movie as an ISO file?

PRE Elements 2020 does not create an MDS file when the size selected is 8.6 GB.  ImgBurn will not burn the file to DVD-R DL disc without the MDS file.  Is there a workaround or fix to PRE Elemets 2020 that will create an MDS file when an ISO of 8.6 GB is specified?

Hi, I use Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 (version 19 in french) on Windows 10. In using the Guide to make a "Transition effect Luminance Fade" in the Video settings section, the Guide ask me along the way to apply the transition in 3 steps. The first one is to drag the transition named "Gradual flap" or "Volet graduel" in french, on the assembly area. But I didn't find this transition in the the Transition panel. There are many others, but not this one. Is someone has an idea where it can be? Thank you!

I have owned Premiere Elements 21 since last September. All of a sudden I ca no longer use it because attempting to do so results in a screen appearing advising sign in required.  When I push the button another it results in another screen with two options activate this software by entering a six digit serial number  the other option button asks if i want try this software. It appears that the program believes I do not own the program.......How can I fix this and use the program again????????

Will my very new AMD 5700 XT 16 gigabyte(video ram), video card work very well or at all with 2021 premiere elements special effects graphics. It also has a 2020 27inch IMAC, 64 gigabytes of ram, 3.8 I7-8 core intel chip and 2 terrabyte ssd drive. I also am using the latest BIG SUR 11.3.1 operating system. I will be super happy if this can do the job with this version of Premiere Elements. According to info on the net, it out performs all the pro programs demands, including Premiere Pro. Hi, I bought a copy of Adobe Premiere elements 2021 on Amazon and installed it on my PC and installation went fine. but while using it I was having performance issues (glitching and freezing/running slowly, lagging) that I realized were because my PC could'nt handle the heavy load. So I bought a new Mac and downloaded  Premiere elements 2021but I can't activate it as the system says my serial No.# is invalid? anyone knowwhat will solve my problem? I've tried support page on the program and it has me chasing my tail. any help appreciated. thanks

I have mistakenly clicked "Do not show again" on bottom ribbon for a group of photos of an important person. Is there any way to undo this, other than I suppoe deleting  face catalogue, and redoing which takes about 3 days of high cpu usage. Also Can I rescan one folder for face recognising?Thank you.

I have just updated to PE 2021. When I play some of my video files in Organizer they appear with a purple hue. The sound is there, the video plays but th ecolour is purple. Is this a Codec issue or if not sggestions would be appreciated.This did not occur when I was using Elemts 2019. Still pictures are not affected and some short duration clips play correctly but mainly purple haze! Bonjour mon logiciel Adobe première éléments 2020 n'arrête pas de débloquer. Des fenêtres ne veulent plus se fermer, la bande passante de la vidéo se met à défiler toute seule dès que j'essaie de sélectionner quelques choses. Que puis-je faire pour qu'elle marche normalement ? Merci beaucoup je travaille sur un macOS Catalina version 10.15.7   

VLC says these files are  Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (H264) which according to the list are supported for import.This is about the third time i've tried to use Premiere Wlements in three years each time being unable to import videos from common cameras.  Each year i'd say 'they should have their act together now for things to work'  and yet am dissapointed. For paid commercial software this is pretty misserable. There are a number of free or cheaper tools that can pretty much open any file format and ratio and let you throw them together and make a video yet Adobe can't seem to come up with a solution.

Hi, can someone help, I've just installed Adobe Premier Elements 2020 Upgrade Edition . I have no prior versions installed. The label on the box informs me that i need a licensed earlier version of the program but it appears to be working without one. Am I now working on a limited version, is it working ok or do I need to download a prior edition. Anyone with any ideas please

im trying to make YT shorts so I need a 3:4 ratio (1080x1920) instead of 4:3. Everywhere I look says to go to edit > project settings > general and change "frame size"'s horizontal and vertical values, but it doesnt let me edit those at all. 

This story has been told before, however, I'm unable to find a solution that works... Specifically, I'm having an issue regarding "Hardware Acceleration" telling me that I have an unsupported graphics card.  The graphics card I'm using is reported by Adobe as being compatible (RTX 3090), I have premiere activated (not in trial mode) and I'm running the latest build (20210127.daily.2235820), as well as, the latest Nvidia driver (466.27). In addition, Photoshop Elements sees the card and is using it without issue.  Any suggestions (or perhaps a new set of cuss words) would be appreciated.

Hi all, I've seen several posts asking versions of this question, but not a definitive answer. I know that iPhone 12 video is Dolby Vision HDR, HEVC. Been editing in iMovie and was ready to move to Premiere Elements. Imported video looks super hot in the PrE preview, and is also wrong when exported. Can Premiere Elements Mac not work with iPhone 12 video? In other posts, I've seen users say that Adobe support told them engineers are working on it, one has Support replying to turn off HDR on the iPhone, and a few say the iPhone video has to be converted. Seems like this should be a pretty simple question? Either Premiere Elements can work with native iPhone 12 video, or it can't. Based on what my imported video looks like, I'm assuming it still can't. But if the answer is actually yes, I'd love to know what I'm not doing right! Thanks,B 

I'm creating 2 videos of some coworkers in training for an event - a "before", and an "after" to be posted about a week later. I have them set up with three music scores. Intro/body/finish. For the body, I am using the provided "The Flux" music score. It one video it comes out fine. In the other the beginning of it is garbled for a few seconds. I've fussed with this far longer than I wanted to today. The only way the audio comes out ok in the problem video is if I put the track at the beginning of the timeline - but I don't want it there! Help!Premiere Elements 2020, version 18.0.0.0 (I don't seem to be able to check for updates). Windows 10 with all the updates. 

I took some videos with my phone upside down. The videos have metadata like "rotate: 180", which I confirmed with ffmpeg. So with other tools, for example Google Photos and the default Windows video player, these videos are played in normal orientation. But in Elements Organizer 15, they are played upside down. What is worse, Adobe Premiere Elements 15 cannot add those videos to a project showing an error message. I know Organizer 15 and Premiere Elements 15 are quite old. My question is, does the latest version of Organizer and Premiere Elements support such rotated videos?

I've been using Prenier Elements 2020 for a year now. Today I opened it, but when I presses play it didn't work. My hard drive was full so I made plenty of space, but that didn't fix it. I uninstalled premier elements and reinstalled it, then restarted my machine. It still doesn't work. Help!

is it possible to add a background image in premiere elements 2021 that will constantly play in the background for the entire video?

I have cellphone footage that I've edited in Movie Maker and exported. It's 16:9 aspect ratio with black bars on the side. Is it possible to crop the sides off and set the aspect ratio to vertical so that when the video is viewed on YouTube on mobile devices the video fills the screen? (I have Premiere Elements 15)

Ich arbeite mit Premiere Elements 2021 und habe einen clip am playhead in 2 clip geschnitten / aufgeteilt und an der Schnittstelle eine weiche Blende von 5sec eingefügt.
