Questions

I'm using Premiere elements 11.I create a slide show within the organizer.  While doing so, I notice some pictures are in wrong portrait/landscape orientation and a few are upside down.  In windows explorer, I rotate the pictures to correct orientation.  Upon re-entry to the slide show, I see they are corrected.I then output the slideshow to premiere elements to burn along with some video.  In the pre-rendered timeline version and in the final version, the pictures that I fixed revereted back to original orientation.  I re-check the files in windows and in the slideshow itself and they are correct.How do I fix this?

   When I attempt to trim a clip in Premiere Elements 2020 Expert mode by going to the end of the clip, hovering over it so that the directional symbol shows, and then clicking and draging, I the monitor shows only the image of the next clip. There is no image of where I am in the clip that I am trying to trim. What am I doing wrong? Thank you very much.

Beim erstellen eines neuen Projektes erhalte ich folgende Meldung: LoadLibrary failed with error 126: Das angegebene Modul wurde nicht gefunden. Adobe Photoshop funktioniert einwandfrei. Benötige schnellstmöglich Hilfe da ich das Programm am Wochenende benötige. Vielen Dank schonmal, liebe Grüße 

I recently updated my firmware and BIOs from the advice of Dell after running into video playback issues. Since then I have noticed the below happening. This pretty much makes the software unusable. I looked at rolling back the driver but I don't have this option. I am running a Dell XPS 13 9380 (integrated graphics card). Is this a problem with the latest Dell drivers?     

This should be under tools -> film menu, but it's simply not there. The feature is to create disk menus, but its missing. Am I missing a plugin or something? Okay I have been using PE 12 and with my newest project some of the features are not working. I had already completed a project earlier this year probably about 2 months ago and it was fine and now things seem to have changed. I am using Windows 10 on my computer and that has not changed. What is not active/working is when I go to start a new project I am not able to set my preferences, so that when I go to the project my settings are not the way that I would like to see them. For instance all of my slides on my timeline are at 3 seconds when I usually set them for 6 seconds. Than my transition come in at 0 seconds when I want them to be 1 second. Than also when I high light my slides on my timeline the feature to reset the seconds how I want them works sometimes and not other times.  This is all new and I am wondering if this doesn't happen so that I will be more or less forced into upgrading to the newest and latest? It is like my GPS on my car all of a sudden the card

Hello all! I am very novice in the editing world.  So pardon my terrible question phrasing.  I am working on stop motion type material, and have been dealing with hundreds of photos.  I am wondering if there is a way to set the size permeantly smaller every time I put a picture on the editing line.  Every time I drop one it sets it about a second long, and I would like for most of them to be a tenth of a second.  Is there any quick way or is it hours of resizing in my future?  Thanks so much for any info! I hope the question is clear enough!

Hi,I have Photoshop Elements 12. My laptop crashed and I have to reinstall the program. I have the CD and can install it from there. Can I then update to Elements 2020 and restore my catalogue from my backup?Hope to get an answer soon.Sture

Hello - I recently updated to Adobe Premeier Elements 14 (after the older version wouldn't show/play videos recorded in high-def.) and I keep getting this error... "An unknown error occurred while opening the project." I restarted my computer and got the same message.  I tried to start over, save it... and same result. Adobe support was not helpful unfortunately. Any assistance or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello.  Working on my first project on Premiere Elements 2020.  Using Quick Mode since I'm new to this.  I have sequenced my photos and videos.  While in the process of choosing and applying transitions and text to key frames the bar above the preview bar turned a pale yellow and now has a message saying "edit in expert edit" and I can no longer add text to desired frames.  (The T box that normally appears above the frame has been replaced by the yellow bar I mentioned).  Not confident about switching to expert mode at this point.  Any ideas how to continue in Quick Mode?Any assistance would be appreciated.Thanks,Ed

A couple of weeks after I purchsed the combined Elements pack, I received notice of an upsdate for Photoshop and Premere Elements. During the update install, my computer froose. Now, after I restarted my computer I'm unable to start Premiere Elements. Photoshop works fine.  Any ideas?

I've downloaded a mp4 file from google.photo that originated from a google pixle phone.  When dragging to Adobe Premier Essentials 15 (win 10 pro, quicktime 7.7.98) I get the following error message: "the importer reported a generic error".  I've tried changing the file type to .mov.  Same result.  Any ideas?  Thank you.

I have two YouTube channels.  How can I control which channel Premiere uploads to?  There seems to be no way to specify the channel.

For some reason I'm getting a mic buzz on my narration when playing back in Premier Elements 2020. (I'm using a Fifine Technologies auxilliary mic.) I suspect it's an audio setting in Premier, but can't figure out what it is. Can anyone give me any guidance?

I cannot seem to find out how to insert a blank side. The instructions do not seem to be for 15.  The product is on trial, I know it should perform the functions I want. The functions are similar to other video products on the market.Thanks John

I am new to Premiere Elements and to video editing.  I keep having the same frustrating issue with my videos, which is that at a certain point some clips will suddenly start to look jerky (In Premiere), like it's a bad effect from an old 80s music video.  And I can't get rid of it. Every time I try to add an animation to a text field, e.g. to slide the text into the frame, the program crashes. Does anybody know what I can do? If needed, I could also provide the many pages of the error code. Thanks for any help!

Hi friends, Purchased Elements 2018 and for 'some reason' fails to open/run and so wish to perform a download / re-install. Which version/year should I download? Have the serial # etc from the original purchase, however, confused as to which 'app version'/'year' to DL to re-install/activate. Thank you! Mark
