alguien me puede ayudar en ENCORE tengo hace un mes muchos problemas no me deja quemar ningun formato mpeg2 o mpeg4 alguien sabe que esta pasando adobe no me quiere ayudar por favor neceisto ayuda

I have mac ox version 10.11.6 el capitan an i face a problem in encore 6.0 i traing to burn dvd or blue rey abd fail tro error code 3 please i need hepl some one can help me is a pach for fix this error i have one month traing to have help is hard i can not work

Post a screenshot of the full message. There are many different Code 3 errors.

Be sure you have the permissions on all your Encore folder (temp and other) to read/write.
