Audio clip error : be cuttted, moved the part and come out(?) of a deviant crease line(///)

Please, help me. I can't solved and find the reason the error.

Audio clip error : be cuttted, moved the part and come out(?) of a deviant crease line(///) at the audio clip on some projects. 

But the error can see just on my PC, the error can't see the another PC. 

I tried that mathod, But the error can't solved the error. 

- 1. Audio clip's file path changed Nas to D drive. (can't solved)
- 2. Remove the media cache (can't solved)
- 3. Remove the Premire pro app and install the app.
