Audio not synced with video in Premiere Pro CC 2018 (12.0.0)

Thank you for reaching out. Usually out of sync occurs when there are variable frame rates in the media files.

• What are the specifications of your computer [OS/CPU/RAM/GPU]?
• What is the source (camera) of media taken?
• Could you confirm the frame rate of the media files?
