Can't scroll to move timeline after Alt+scroll to zoom in/out. Have to click on timeline again

I just noticed in the past 3 version updates of Premiere Pro Beta that After I Alt+Scroll on the mouse to zoom in on the timeline I have to click back on the timeline somewhere to be able to scroll and move left or right on the timeline. In previous versions, I was able to Alt+scroll to zoom in and then be able to immediately scroll my mouse wheel to move left or right on the timeline. 

This is creating a lot of additional clicking.
