Estou com problemas em criar legendas no PREMIERE.

Ele aparece que não está conectado com a internet, sendo que esta conectado sim inclusive no creative cloud. Já desinstalei e instalei novamente, o erro continua. Peço ajuda de voçês. Obrigado!
